I appreciate the personable approach the foreman took to the project and helped answer questions throughout the project. My questions were addressed in a timely manner and the roof looks good. Because of the intense storms this area receives, roofing companies are a dime-a-dozen but Boyd Contractors distinguishes themselves by providing a solid product and service with a personal approach. I feel I am dealing with friends and family when using Boyd Contractors.

Jamey, the owner of Boyd Contractors, was great at making the whole process of replacing our roof easy and stress free. From insurance paperwork, to picking the best quality and color to match the house he cared about us and our home. He made sure the yard and driveway were clean and once the work was complete. We wouldn’t use anyone else!

We have been very pleased with the work Jamey and his crew have done on our roof. Although the first hail damage was almost a year old, they were still able to get insurance coverage and a fantastic new roof for us! Within 3 months, another massive hailstorm hit and we ran right back to Boyd for more excellent service and another new roof! The process was smooth and we were grateful for their knowledge and expertise and all around friendliness.

We started with this company, and now we cannot get any response from them. We have 3 structures that need roofing work and had one under contract with them. That was 2 months ago and we have heard nothing about it. We cannot get in touch with our rep from there, and when we call, we can only leave a message at the company and get no response. The last time I called, I was put on hold and then disconnected. We have also left a message on their "contact us" page and have not had a response. I am now looking for another contractor that will be able to handle our business. After 2 months and no contact, I believe they have failed on their part of the contract.
