Steve provided us with excellent, very professional expertise in deciding on the optimum mini-split units for our home. This included a very thorough assessment of the heating & cooling capacity needed for the space our units would serve. In addition, Steve provided very personal, hands-on, support after installation for operation of the units, registration of the products for the 12 year warranty protection and application for federal and state energy efficiency tax credits. We were delighted with the entire process of planning, installation and post installation follow-up, and couldn't be more pleased with the expertise and professionalism Steve delivered. We can't imagine anyone could provide better service.

We have worked with Eric Builder for many years and we trust him to do good work and a fair price. He spoke with us about his new venture with Steve Booth and we arranged a visit. Mr. Booth is very professional and knowledgeable. We decided to have him do the analysis of our passive solar home to see how our heating and cooling could be improved. I recently had Eric Smith Builder and Stephen Booth of Booth Consulting, install a mini-split heating/cooling system for my entire house, and I could not be happier. Steve initially scoped the job and explained various hardware options and also explained the tax credits that I may be eligible for. Eric and his crew installed the equipment with Steve overseeing the project at every step. The quality and efficiency of the install work was outstanding--This was no surprise as I have used Eric for other work. Quite simply, Eric and Steve do excellent work and I have no reservations about recommending them.

Steve Booth provided excellent and professional service. He took the time to carefully measure the two rooms (kitchen and den) where we desired heating and cooling. He even provided a new drawing (floorplan) of our entire home on 8.5x11" paper, which was much appreciated! Steve also communicates very well via email, and kept us up-to-date with the latest installation, state inspections, and tax information. We had a problem with one of the mini-splits (a floor unit), and Steve helped to diagnose and get the problem fixed in reasonable time. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Steve again in the future.
