Bolls just finished a double deck demo and built a beautiful 10x15 deck in its place. I couldn't be on site, but they were very communicative and I knew what was happening every step of the project. The site was clean when they left and I am ecstatic about the results.

We wanted to replace our single front door with a set of French doors and add doors to the room being used as an office. Bolls was recommended to us by friends and did not disappoint. They were professional, courteous, helpful and thorough. Not only was the job executed well, the cleanup was also thorough and detailed. We used Bolls Remodeling & Construction to replace our roof, gutters, deck and to add a covered porch on part of the deck. They all look great! We are very happy with the quality of work and trust them to fix anything that is not to their high standards. Our old deck was unusable and falling apart and now it looks amazing and is a great place to spend our time! It is very well built and secure with everything to code. We will be using them for any future construction projects on our house.

We had a lot of different exterior house work that needed repairs or replacement: new doors installed, gutter and wood repairs, shutter/door paint, deck paint/repairs, seams closed, rails fixed, etc. Joey and his team were FANTASTIC! I had a list, but also asked them to check the house as well. I never felt pressure. Quotes were reasonable, so much so that I kept finding more work for them. Joey was great at communication. He let us know about changes to the job schedule, asked questions of us, and let us know what was going on. He inspected things daily, always asked my thoughts, took care of anything I noted, and had work/repairs done to his exacting specifications. I highly recommend them, and am planning on using them on the next phase of house repairs. You want a job done right, Joey knows how to get it done right!

I’ve always heard when it comes to choosing a contractor you should look for someone who is reasonably priced, does quality work and is dependable, then . . . pick 2. In other words, it is impossible to find a contractor who is all 3. Not the case with Joey – he is all 3. His crews are on time, hardworking and professional. He will not leave a job until you are happy with the entire job. We hired him to build a portico, then several months later, paint our house. We are extremely pleased. House was build in the mid-nineties, and noticed some trim needing attention due to age or water damage. Wife and I somewhat new to the area and neighborhood. Posted on neighborhood FB page, asking if anyone could suggest a good, reputable company to help us with our trim problem. A neighbor commented on our post they used Bolls Remodeling & Construction, and were happy with their work.
Reached out to Bolls via this webpage and was contacted back within a few hours. Then Mr. Joey Bolls contacted me to discuss my project needs and expectations. Then they completed an inspection and estimate that was very fairly priced. Gave them the project to work, and the Bolls team did not disappoint. Since the day that we made contact with Bolls Remodeling and Construction, we had a gut feeling that we made the right decision in getting my deck remodeled. We were referred to Bolls by my next door neighbor who had used them about 4 years ago for their deck remodel. We were always intrigued by their deck because it appeared to be constructed in a way that if a tornado came through, the house would go but the deck would still be standing. We wanted that same quality of construction. We chose Trex composite decking because our previous remodel with pressure treated wood lasted only 6 years. The professionalism, integrity, and communication by Joey and his team was top tier. He kept us informed of just about every move throughout the 2 week process. Even when there were “hidden things” that came up that were not in the original quote, they did not pass those expenses on to us. The entire experience was seamless and we could not be more happy with our deck and side porch. We are getting so many compliments via social media of the design when construction. We wanted to build out a pretty substantial walk-in closet which meant we had to break down a wall, relocate a door, install new lighting, paint, drywall, run electrical, and the list goes on and on. I own a 100 year old commercial space. On a Friday night we had a flooring system and plumbing fixture failure. Mr Bolls was out Monday morning to inspect and quote the repair. The work was completed in less than a week.
It was without a doubt the most professional and best executed experience I have ever had with a contractor. The Bolls tradesmen are top notch and their work, for lack of a better word, is perfection.

Bolls did a fantastic job on our back porch remodel. We expanded to twice the size and it looks terrific. TLDR; Quality work by a trustworthy company at fair prices

We used them when we needed two jobs completed. First and foremost, the previous owners of our home had built a screened in porch with tile and used temporary supports. Naturally, this was scary and concerning since that's not to code and they had moved. We needed permanent supports and for this to be done correctly. Additionally, the stairs for this deck has rotted over time and we needed them replaced. They did a great job, the owner Joey Bolls came out himself and was very involved in the project. They did such a good job we also had them install some new storm doors since they weren't square anymore and completely replace the supports for the hot tub as well. We will 100% call Bolls in the future for any construction projects. It's family name and they take the quality of their work seriously.

In the photos, I hope you see they replaced all the footings, some are hard to see due to the lattice.

I hired Bolls Remodeling to do a large job at my home including new siding, new brick foundation, many repairs, room additions, new porch (he basically built me a new home) and the entire process from start to finish was wonderful. Joey is very responsive and detailed about the job his crew will be doing. He stayed true to his timeline and always touched base with me and my husband during the process, we were never in the dark about anything which was one of my main concerns before starting the large project. His entire company is extremely friendly! I have an old home and joey and his team were able to make my renovations dreams and visions come true. I love that when I gave Joey my plans, he also had ideas and thoughts on what would look best too so we can make my dream even better! I can not say enough good things about the work that was done to my home and I HIGHLY recommend for anyone!

Bolls Remodeling and Construction has made my 40 year old house look new. New siding, paint, fan installation, tongue and groove porch ceiling, electrical and carpentry repairs, on both the house and storage building were completed at a very reasonable cost and on schedule.

I can’t say enough about Bolls Remodeling. We had our back deck covered and it turned out way better then I ever imagined! Great detail was put into all of the work done. We had lighting with dimmers put in, a fan, a bed swing, and gutters and everything turned out wonderful! Joey is really knowledgeable and that made us feel very comfortable every step through our remodeling! He is very fair priced and never tried to upsale us. He simply gave us our options and guided us. He painted our whole house and fence as well. They did an incredible paint job! He also fixed our fire pit stones that had cracked over years of heat! The top of it turned out great as well! We look forward to many more project with Joey!! Highly recommend!

We had Bolls replace a driveway, the siding, build two covered decks and install a new tin roof. Bolls was very responsive to any questions or concerns about the project.
