My mother’s roof is leaking along with multiple other issues. The contractor told my mom to tell a specific story to her insurance company and the claim was denied based on what he told her to say. Now she can’t get her house fixed through her insurance. They took almost 2 weeks to get out to take less than 5 minutes to look at the house. I hope the owner(s) call me to discuss the issue they have created themselves. Don’t call her, you can call me to discuss this problem.
