⛈️ After a heavy rainstorm left some of our shingles loose and flapping, I reached out to Blueprint Roofing — and I’m so glad I did. Rick showed up quickly, was super professional, and didn’t waste any time getting on the roof to assess the damage.

Not only did he explain everything clearly, but he also fixed the issue the same day. He even took photos to show what was done and made sure everything was sealed up properly before the next round of weather hit.

Hiring Rick Chuilli from Blue Print Roofing was one of the worst decisions I’ve made as a property owner. From the start, this job was riddled with poor workmanship, disrespect, and a complete disregard for professional standards.

Rick agreed in writing to remove and replace rubber roofing that was improperly installed, and I gave him every opportunity to correct the issues. Instead of doing the right thing, he tried to cut corners—stretching old rubber that was too short instead of installing new material as promised. I also paid him an extra $500 specifically to remove and dispose of a dormer, which he never actually took—he just broke it down and left the debris behind.

Despite my patience and clear communication—including videos, walkthroughs, and explicit instructions—he ignored my requests, argued with me, and tried to gaslight me into accepting subpar work. The rubber roof was left full of bubbles, and I made it very clear that this would become a problem over time. His dismissive response? “Guaranteed bubbles don’t leak.” Any professional roofer would know that’s not true, especially under a deck.

Even worse, Rick became defensive and disrespectful. When I held him accountable, he deflected blame, refused to fix his mistakes properly, and attempted to walk away from the job while keeping my money. His response to my concerns was to act like I was the problem—completely ignoring the fact that he admitted to being emotional, acting unprofessionally, and not doing things right. The worst part of it all! Is that the roof is already leaking and it hasn’t been a month. I’ve attached some photos and videos for anyone looking to hire this company. RUN AWAY!

This contractor clearly lacks integrity, professionalism, and respect for clients. If you value quality work and honest business practices, do not hire Blue Print Roofing or Rick Chuilli. I had to involve legal counsel to pursue a resolution, and I wouldn’t wish this nightmare on anyone.

Just came here to say I am absolutely blown away by Blueprint Roofing and the fact that I Called them a few days ago And I already have a beautiful new roof. From the communicatiion Down to the cleanup, everything was done Flawlessly at a very reasonable price. Can’t recommend blueprint enough!!
