Was referred to them by a neighbor. Played a lot of phone tag, but was finally able to get someone out to quote the projects. I was promised a quote within a week, but a month later and I can't get a hold of them. Completely disrespectful, and an absolute waste of my time!

Bluebird Home Improvement is a great company. Matt , Andrew and everyone else on the team are fantastic. The company built a beautiful home for me. I would recommend anyone interested in remodeling or renovating. Top notch service, and great people!

Can't recommend Matt, Allen, and the team enough! This was our first experience with renovating, but I had experienced some others' second hand. Matt helped us solve immediate space problems with some creative thinking, which saved us a large amount of money. From the time we began, Allen communicated with us daily (sometimes multiple phone calls) to let us know what was going on and to help move things forward. For a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation that took a little over 7 weeks, there were people onsite working EVERY DAY except two days (and Allen called and told us why no one was there - they were waiting on another subcontractor to finish work.) The quality of work was incredible - true craftsmen.

Contractors get a bad rap sometimes for their lack of communication and follow through. Matt's process at Bluebird is far above any experience I have ever heard from my friends and family. If you want top-notch quality work, incredible communication, and a fair price - work with Bluebird. You will not regret your decision!!

I’m very pleased with the repairs that were done to my home. Termite damage was repaired without a trace of them ever being present. This is the company to call for your repairs!

We hired them to put a new roof on my newly purchased home. As a first time homeowner I was very picky about how it was done and they did an outstanding job. After major water damage to the flooring and walls in our condominium, Bluebird Home Improvement quickly gave us an accurate estimate of the repair costs. They got the job done in less than a month after making the estimate. Their workmanship was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again, if necessary.

I'd highly recommend Matt & his team for any improvements or repairs you need. I had some water damage from a leaking pipe and while they were here had them replace a very amateurishly installed back door that was rotting and allowing wind driven rain to get underneath it. They completed the install and fix on both in a timely manner. Any questions I had were answered rapidly as well. His crew was proficient and efficient in their crafts, his project manager paid attention to all details and communicated on a regular basis on the progress of both projects, Matt himself was in communication throughout the process, which is a difficult quality to find in a business owner, let alone one in the construction field. I can't recommend Matt and his team ENOUGH!! We had extensive water damage that required the house to basically be gutted to the walls. It was very overwhelming as a homeowner, however Matt and his team were there every step of the way and made a terrible situation so much better. Matt and Allen, as well as all of the sub contractors were professional and performed incredible work. I'm so thankful Bluebird was recommended to me!

Bluebird was able to come take a look at my house the next day and assess the damage on my garage door from old termite damage. There was more rot than I expected but their team was able to replace it and get everything back together quickly and correctly. They made sure to keep the area clean and organized as well. Their team was very professional and kept me informed during the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing wood rot repair or any other kind of renovations.

I requested a quote to put a soaking tub that was the exact size of my prior Jacuzzi in my bathroom. The only change would've been a slightly different drain. There was no need to change out the framing since the top would go right back into the same position as the old Jacuzzi. They actually quoted me $7,115! These people are highly unethical and try to make a huge job out of a simple one. I've been a contractor and a remodeler and know exactly what this should cost. Another quote I got was for $1500. This type of behavior ruins your reputation. If a company doesn't want a job they should just say "we pass".

We had issues with a leaking deck for sometime. We hired a handyman to fix the deck and after finding extensive termite damage, water damage and removing a wall and half the deck was unable to fix the deck. It rained and water poured in. We were frantic and had the most difficult time finding a contractor that would take on the job or do it in a timely manner. From the moment Matt came out, the day after I called, Bluebird was PHENOMENAL. Within a day they had a plan a place, an architect coming out to help and Matt personally went to get the permit at City Hall. Workers came ever day, and Alan (site supervisor) over saw them and was on site multiple times a day. Blue Bird were quite literally lifesavers and we are so grateful for them.

Throughout the project issues arose and Matt was completely transparent and only charged for parts and minimal labor to cover his workers. They were accountable to any issues we had. Their communication was incredible. My wife and I are very pleased with the end product.

I not only would recommend them to any of my friends and family but already have plans to have them do some more work for us in the future.

Matt helped us out a ton with our CL-100 repairs and clearance letter. Very friendly and responsive. Great experience and will definitely continue to use and recommend Bluebird.

We had a contractor (Mount Valley Foundation)come in and sell us a dream floor and foundation repair, but when they failed to show up after ripping up half of the floors and exposing the mold and mildew from the crawlspace, we had to fire them. Matt, Allen, and the Blue Bird team swooped in for the rescue on short notice. I met with Matt on a Friday afternoon to work out the details of the job, and by 8am Monday morning they had a crew there in full swing. they had more done in 1 day than Mount Valley did the entire previous week! Everyone on the crew was very respectful and courteous, and they took care to ensure all furniture and doorways were covered to prevent any mold or dust from getting where it shouldn't. I will definitely use them for all of my major home repairs, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for professionalism, communication, and most of all, good workmanship. Thank you all for getting our house back together!

I had a contractor come and do a bathroom addition. The work came out horrible with many mistakes that could lead to water damage. The contractor then ghosted me after asking him to come back and fix everything. Blue bird came and essentially had to rip everything out and start from scratch because of the poor quality of work from the last contractor. During that time I was very impressed in the speed, work ethic, and standards they hold themselves to. I also had them add an attic access, bathroom vent, waterproof the flooring, and other miscellaneous things that were left undone by previous contractors. They obliged without being greedy and asking for an absorbent amount. They completed everything in 3.5 days after quoting me 3-5 days for completion BEFORE I asked them to do a lot of other tasks. I would 100% recommend hiring blue bird for any work needed around the house. Matt and Allen are very easy to get in touch with and I know I can trust that they will do things the right way when working on my house.

After being led on for 3 weeks by Service Master, I started looking for a new company to handle the storm damage to my home. With in the 1st week of meeting with Matt, had building permit posted, tarps reinforced and an engineer scheduled to evaluate the damage. Matt and his team was quick to respond to my situation and understood the stress associated with it. They were quick to respond and never hid any information or issues from me Hope I never have to go through what I did, but if I do, sorry Matt, I'm calling you!!

Bluebird has completed several major projects for Donaree Village Apartments. They addressed all the wood rot, repainted the balcony rails, and balcony ceilings and constructed rails as needed, and repaired columns. Added bead board paneling to our 100 lobby. They have always gone above and beyond and even provided emergency support as needed. They also upgraded the interior of a space to convert it into an apartment, installing cabinets, a fully operational bathroom, and a kitchen. Excellent quality workmanship. Very professional and held a good attitude even during trying times. Very responsive to keep me up to date on all project matters and arrived promptly when scheduled. Also worked well with the staff and other vendors.

Matt and I had a business relationship prior to me using his services but he exceeded all expectations I had. He and his team did our foundation work, kitchen demo, lighting/electrical work, painting, and windows for the entire house. He also helped connect me with a company to do our crawl space encapsulation. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. He’s ultimate goal is to make sure the job is done correctly and that you’re happy. He’s prompt, professional, and an all around good guy. I would recommend him to anyone, not just friends and family. He can handle just about anything, and if he can’t then he knows someone that’s an expert that can. My rental house had major termite damage to the living room floors, subfloors, joists and band boards. The living room was close to collapsing! I needed someone who could coordinate the repair of everything in a short period of time, so I could get my renters back in the house. I called Matt with Bluebird Home Improvement. He repaired the termite damage, improved the substructure, replaced the floors and fixed the leaks that were providing the termites their water source. He did it all in the (short) time frame that I gave him, so I could get my renters back in the house. I would definitely recommend Bluebird Home Improvement!

Matt and his team completed a shower renovation and small renovations around other bathrooms in our house in a very short time period. He was very prompt in responding to emails and questions and provided a quote in a timely manner. From the start of the project to completion the team was professional, communicative and respectful of their surroundings. Matt was very prompt, and quickly gave a detailed estimate of the job. When we raised another concern, he quickly updated the estimate to fully address the problem. What started out with a simple 1-2 day job, fixing a few small things around the house, became a several week long project where we had to remove a pergola, two windows, and replace two large areas of siding. We are grateful for Matt’s knowledge, attentiveness, and honesty. Throughout the process, as we uncovered areas of rot and damage, he coordinated with multiple outside vendors (insurance, exterminator, etc.) seamlessly. Matt was smart about what we needed to replace and what could be rescued, which saved us money. He finished each step on time and within the scope of each estimate. His crew was courteous, clean, and careful. No one wants to start a small project and have it go sideways unexpectedly, but when that happens you need someone experienced that you can trust – that is Bluebird Home Improvement.

Prompt response and quality workmanship. Matt and Louis were great about adding a few small items as we went along with the repairs. Replaced two exterior doors, floor repairs in my shed (which included evicting a possum) and replaced Hardiplank at the bottom of our dormers. Interior painting coming up in the next week or so.

Shows up as promised, high quality work. Professional, fast and efficient output. NO job to small attitude. Fees I feel, are at fair market rates (flat rates per job). No hesitation recommending Bluebird for both small and large projects. I WILL use them again.

Had Matt come out and look at some rotten wood in my soffits, when he came to start the repair their was actually less wood rot than expected and Matt was an honest contractor that didn’t create more work just because he came out. He is very knowledgeable and can pretty much do anything to a house. Bluebird was priced fair especially for the high quality of work. Would recommend to anyone.

Matt worked on the repair addendum of my house I was selling. We needed some beams fixed in our attic and wood rot on the front porch. It was all done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Bluebird for all of your home improvement needs!
