In 2020 I hired Blue Line Roofing to replace my roof in sept 2020. In march 2023 my roof started leaking in the center of my living room. I texted Eric Stacy and he got right on it. He sent his crew out to repair it. Fast forward to February 2025. This time the water from the roof started the ceiling to leak again in the same place. It damaged the paint and drywall, and the paint fell from the ceiling in strips. I called Blue Line, but Eric no longer worked there, so I left the owner Glenn Cain a message. In February 26 he came by the house and went onto the roof. He came back down and told me they would fix it because it was still under warranty and they had already repaired it before. Also, he said they would repair my interior ceiling because the roof issue had damaged it. He said that he would get back in touch with me to schedule the repairs. I have left message after message and he is ghosting me. He hasn't returned any of my messages and the rain continues to fall. I finally messaged John King the other owner and I'm being ghosted there too. I'm so frustrated! If you are going to own a business, honor warranties and fix problems when you are paid a lot of money for your services. I will never recommend your company to anyone! You provide terrible customer service and have left me in a horrible bind. I'm currently off work because I'm really sick right now, and I have no idea when I'm going to be able to return. I hope you find Jesus and improve your customer service!

We found this company on FB. I contacted them for a quote. They were at my house in two days. Nate Clark was very professional and informative. It took less than two weeks from start to finish including going through insurance. Nate was a great guy to work with. I highly recommend him and Blue Line.
