Me and my husband Bud live out in Snohomish and we’ve been tryin to get our back deck fixed for over a year. It was falling apart bad and we almost gave up on it honestly. We had 4 different companies come out but either the price was way too high or they just didn’t seem to know what they was doing.

We signed with him right then and there. He had everything ordered and delivered within a week, and the crew started right after. They worked 12 hours a day, and in just 4 days, the whole thing was done. No surprises, no price changes, just exactly what he promised.

It turned out so beautiful — we love sittin out there every evening now. We’re just so happy. I told all my friends and neighbors already — we’ll definitely be callin Blue Lake again for any other projects we need.

We had Blue Lake do a custom basketball court in our backyard in Bellevue and we are SO happy with how it turned out! The design was not easy at all and the court is more than 150 feet from the road, but Leo and his crew did everything so smooth. They leveled the ground, did all the prep, and poured really good quality concrete. On pour day there was like 8 workers all at once making sure everything was perfect!
They also installed the hoop and even put up a net so the ball doesn’t fly into our neighbors yard, which we really appreciate. Leo was super professional, honest and the price was really fair too.

I had one other company came to give me price and advice what is the best solution for cover my concrete porch, the other company gave me 0 practical solution compared to Ben and Emma who guides me exactly what is the best and most affordable solution which was to add metal risers , to install 2 big posts in the concrete, 2 beams rafters and to install see through plastic roof.
They finish all the project when the materials arrive including paint in 6 days which I think was very impressive!

We live in Kent and had a big problem with our backyard. The yard was sloped and not really usable at all. We called a bunch of companies to see how we can fix it, and everyone gave us crazy high quotes—over 100k!

Then we found Leo and Blue Lake Construction, and honestly from the first meeting we felt like they actually listened to what we needed and tried to help us, not just sell us. Leo came up with a great plan to cut the yard into two levels and add stairs in between. He also helped us get really good deal on the stone we used for the retaining wall, which saved us a lot.

Now we have over 4000 sqft of new flat yard space that we actually use! It's completely changed our home, and the kids love it. The crew was great too—worked hard, showed up on time, and respected our property the whole time.

We did a full garage conversion with Blue Lake Construction and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Leo and the crew. We live in Shoreline and had a two-car garage we weren’t using, and after our third kid arrived, we really needed more livable space. We decided to turn it into a guest suite with a full bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room.

From day one, Leo came in super prepared—he already had drawings and permit info ready to go before we even signed. That gave us a lot of confidence. We had spoken to other contractors who were vague or gave us sketchy timelines, but Leo was honest and clear about everything from the beginning. Not the cheapest bid, but by far the most professional.

Permit process took around 3.5 months, which Leo warned us about upfront, and then construction went on for a little over 3 months. The results? Way better than what we pictured. The space looks like it’s always been part of the house. You’d never guess it used to be a garage.

The bathroom looks amazing, the laundry room is super functional (shout out to the tile guy—seriously impressive work), and the bedroom came out cozy and quiet, exactly what we needed for guests or even a possible Airbnb down the line.

All the guys on site were super respectful, cleaned up after themselves daily, and kept us updated. The office team was also great with handling all the materials, deliveries, and even helped us pick finishes when we were overwhelmed.

This was such a positive experience. I live out in Lakewood, WA. I got introduced to Leo and Blue Lake Construction through a good family friend who’s an investor. Leo had done a big house flip for them over in Sumner and when I saw how good the work turned out, I asked if he could help us too.

omg i’m sooo happy we picked Blue Lake Construction for our kitchen remodel!! seriously leo is the best. from the first meeting he came with a full plan and layout already done like no other contractor did that. and he showed us sooo many past projects, you could just tell he’s super experienced and knows what he’s doing.

so we had this wall that just blocked the whole space and leo's team took it down and put a huge island instead and it just opened up everything! we also had a small window we didn’t want anymore so they removed it, insulated the wall, added siding outside and new sheetrock inside like nothing was ever there.

they also added wayyy more cabinet space which we really needed. we got two tone cabinets and a waterfall countertop that i’m actually obsessed with. the whole kitchen is like straight out of a magazine now lol.

we had hardwood in the living room and leo matched the kitchen floor perfectly so now it’s all one flowy beautiful space.

and the Best part?? they finished it all before my husband’s family came to visit. like just in time. i was soooo grateful.

OMGGGGG I just got my dream laundry room that I’ve waited two years to do. After interviewing multiple different companies, I found the perfect company to do my home projects. The laundry room was a test drive and let me tell you, it went AMAZING! I met Leo two weeks ago by accident in a tile store, where he offered me a friendly hand; he came to my home the next day, and after a thorough consultation I finally felt confident and comfortable enough to move forward with the project. Everything they outlined and guaranteed me they followed through on, and delivered on time; which was very refreshing. After my last home project with another company went badly, I was unsure if I could trust another company to help me. However, I’m so glad I did because they did a wonderful job.

Everything turned out beautiful, the tile floors were professionally installed. The new counters make doing laundry a dream. Blue Lake Construction built me an absolutely beautiful Deck cover. I really love it. They did everything they said that they were going to do and they came through with there promise on time. All the workers and the project manager were very polite and professional! Out of 3 companies, we got prices, they had more experience and more customer friendly contract with also an easy schedule payment. Other companies asked for 30% / 50% down payment, but with Blue Lake, we paid only 10% .

Blue Lake Construction did for me amazing foundation work! We bought our house in Beacon Hill a month ago , we talked with many contractors, but we liked Leo the most. He all ready did other projects around our house and was very immediately understood what needs to be done, he did for as the permit as well.

Leo came out and diagnosed the problem and was quick to offer the best route to fixing and how he could save me money by contacting the skylight company to look into the covered warranty. This was the best construction experience. David was very responsive. He worked under a very tight timeline and budget. The finished job is fabulous and is beyond my expectations. I would recommend David and would do any future projects with his company.

I had a different contractor before that quit on me leaving behind a mess and a lot of problems. The deck frame, the installation, paint etc was very sloppy and incomplete. I called Blue Lake Construction through Angie's list, they gave me a quote straight away and I was happy with the price, they delivered professional service and completed the project within 10 days. Highly recommend these guys, they are very efficient and overall I'd say I'm very impressed.
