They were really helpful with my insurance claim and really persistent when the insurance company didn’t initially approve the full roof replacement. And then they got the roof replaced fast and it looks great. Highly recommend working with Big Foot Roofing.

We had the best experience from the beginning. I get 50 roof guys each Summer wanting to get on my roof. But they don't ever ask what I want or what I'm looking for. Casey Kalt was awesome from the first visit and listened to me and what I was looking for. He worked hard for us and with our insurance, and even met with the adjuster for us while we were out of town.
They even matched the shed and added some great details there and the new black roof looks clean and nice.
The team did excellent work and cleaned up great after. Casey was onsite often and made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. I would recommend inviting Casey over for an inspection.

The company worked with my insurance company and due to wind damage from the storms last August they replaced my roof minus the deductible. I would recommend them to everyone.

Jeff was 1 of 3 that we had come out to give us an opinion on our roof. His past experience with being an insurance inspector is a huge benefit. Bigfoot gave me a very quick bid for some roof repairs at my new house, showed up when they told me they would the next week and got everything completed efficiently and expertly in an afternoon. Thank you Jeff and Bigfoot!

Have been having problems with water flooding my window well and penetrating the walls of my basement since I bought my new construction house 2 years ago. The builder’s warranty has been useless so I’ve taken it upon myself to try and find the source of the problem myself. I’ve started with the gutter downspouts that are buried underground that are supposed to be connected to a main runoff drain. I have to disconnect them all one by one so the rainwater runs on the surface and see if that stops my flooding problem. It seems easy enough to disconnect them yourself and attach a new corrugated pipe to run along the surface but I called Jeff anyway in case I ran into any struggles. He came by and did it in a few minutes and didn’t charge me for it since it was such a quick job. I gave him some cash anyway since this might finally fix my nightmare. He’s also a genuine and kind professional, and as a homeowner I don’t take that lightly. Good repairmen ( in this case a gutter guy) are hard to find.

I got quotes from a few different Roofing / Gutter companies, but Jeff & Bigfoot easily won my business, with pricing and quick turnaround. Jeff was able to come over same day to take a look at the damage of my rain gutter and promptly put together a timeline to get it fixed. I have other roofing needs and will only be utilizing Bigfoot moving forward. I appreciate the attention to detail and the quick turnaround.

Nick Ware and Alex Roberg have been great to work with. They have been patient when I didn’t know what I wanted, they answered my questions about what they could do, and they worked to make sure I would be happy with the materials they were using. The roof was done quickly, but the siding is not yet completed but should be done soon. The damaged thermostat-bar was replaced with plywood, and then covered with dryline, and then aluminum siding

While I was unable to get my insurance to decide that my roof needed a replacement, Bigfoot was great in making the whole affair less painful, at least on their end.
Thor was kind and courteous through the whole endevour. He even came back out and helped me glue the shingles that were creased from wind damage back down. When we can afford to do the replacement ourselves I'll keep them in mind.

Thor came and checked on my roof after a storm, he was very kind and even though my roof was fine, he still made some minor repairs free of charge!

I met Blake at the home show. I told him that my dad was getting quotes for a new roof that he didn’t need yet. Blake said he would come out at no charge and look at it for me. After his inspection he confirmed that the roof would last a good 3 to 5 years longer and there was no need to replace it at this time. Blake is awesome! He went above and beyond by sealing up some pipe boots and taking down my Christmas lights that had been up for 3 years! I’d had a neighbor put them up and then move away and my house is a 2 story with a steeeep slope so I about passed out when I got up there to try to do it myself. Bigfoot roofing is amazing!
