Mr Blackman and the Black Sun Restoration team took care of my home, family, and me from day 1! It started as a knock on the door, which led to the discovery of hail damage on the roof of my recently built home! After he took care of all the details and inspections with my USAA inspector, my out-of-pocket expense was only the $1K insurance deductible. My house now has a completely new roof with the boards underneath that required repair, all of which were replaced! On top of him and the crew doing great work, Mr Blackman has outstanding customer service skills, always checking in on our progress and even throwing a bar-b-que for the families in our HOA that all did business with him as well! Overall, best experience with a roofing contractor hands down!

This guy lied and said he would get my insurance company to cover my roof …what a rip off … the materials he used were the bare minimum to state requirements and my roof is leaking a year later … I had to have it repaired and it cost me over 2k and because of the cheap materials he used I will probably continue to have issues… Beware of this guy he’s a smooth talker and insurance scam artist that in the end will cost you not stick it to the big insurance companies like he claims.. hope this helps someone to not be scammed by him

The work done by Black Sun is excellent. Everyone is professional, diligent, polite and easy to work with. Our new roof was installed in one day. They even found code items and other issues that were not originally identified by the insurance adjuster. My husband landscaping is beautiful, so the respect that they showed to our property and the length that the workers went to not to cause any damage is especially noteworthy and appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Black Sun Restorations to anyone.
