This is now the second rental property Manny has renovated for me, and we are in talks of starting a 3rd renovation project soon. My parents required renovations to a ceiling in one room in their home. They attempted to hire various contractors to complete the work, all would make an onsite visit, but none were willing to get the job done. I turned to J.E.M Management Group to handle the request. They came in, evaluated the work needed to be done to the ceiling, provided a recommendation (adding recess lights) and submitted quotes in a couple of days. It was estimated that the work would take 5-8 business days. My parents agreed to have the work performed. I needed a corner of my yard cleared and a 4 x 4 pressure treated base installed before delivery of my 12' x 8' shed. I called JEM and they were able to send a team out the same week. It only took a few hours and it was done including filled with the gravel. Great job, I'd work with them again!
