Black Diamond Rain Gutter

They are great to work with. I live my new rain gutters, and now I don't have to worry about ice build-up on my stairs.

Diamond Rain Gutters just replaced my 45 year old rain gutters and they look fantastic. Added leaf guard and fixed problem areas where faculty rain gutters were causing erosion in certain areas. Brent is very professional, honest, fare, and cares about the work that he preforms which is sometimes hard to find these days. Called him one week and they were installed the next. Couldn't be happier.

I am not a review writer, however, my experience with Brent Johnson and Black Diamond Rain Gutters was so good I had to write this one! His attitude is one of excellence. He worked in conjunction with the roofing company to give me new gutters, down spouts, leaf protection and heat cable, that added beauty and value to my home. His crew did wonderful work! They were kind and very respectful. These guys know their trade and are excellent craftsmen. I highly recommend them.

Brent was great to work with. Very efficient and quick working. He came the same day I called him to offer a free bid and came the following week to do the work. Easy to work with, we would definitely recommend!

Brent knew his gutters - he gave me good advice on where to replace and where not to bother. Then they replaced certain sections, re-tied others, and did a great job on time and at the price he quoted. Good outfit and they have insurance, worker's comp, etc. I will use again.

The owner himself was one of the guys who came and cleaned out my gutters. He was the one who contacted me to tell me they were on their way to my house also. Professional and awesome! He let me know about a couple problem areas and their fees are affordable. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

He's great to work with. We had an older house with some rotted wood, a wavy roof, and some vines in the way. He did a great job working with all of these to make the rain gutters straight. Prices were very competitive.

Brent and his guys were fantastic to work with. We called about a repair issue and Brent answered the phone (shouldn't be shocking, but was - contractors rarely answer, in my experience!) and told us he could be out to look at the job within a few hours. He showed up when he said he would, gave us a reasonable bid, and we were off to the races. On the day of install (they replaced a section of gutter for us), the team did quick, quality work. They cleaned up along the way and explained what they were doing. They even recommended adding another downspout because of the way the roof line ran and said they would be back another day to install it. Imagine my shock when I didn't have to bother them to return but they came back and finished the second install without pressure or reminders about it.
Brent's number one concern is quality. He won't hesitate to correct an issue but certainly won't take shortcuts to do so. I would highly recommend Black Diamond to anyone looking for install or repair (our job was by no means large but they treated us as if it were!).

In a time when you can't get depend on a contractor to return a phone call, follow up on a bid and perform the service in a timely manner, it was refreshing to do business with this company. They came highly recommended from my roofer and I'm glad I contacted them. A human answered the phone, they came over to my house within a few days, called me with a bid and completed the job 24 hours after I approved the bid. Brent returned all my phone calls, the job was done neatly and professionally, the price was very reasonable, and the result is fantastic. Very pleased.
