We have had Brian do a number of jobs for us. He did a roof at our cottage in Old Orchard. We appreciated his good work and hired him to do a roof on a second house in Cape Elizabeth. He also did a roof for our rental property in Portland. All projects were done well, on time, and within budget. We highly recommend him! We rate him a 5 in all areas!

Brian did an outstanding and very professional replacement of our condo association's fascia boards and soffits. He also made us aware of some other issues that needed to be fixed that were creating problems and could cause problems down the road and fixed them. I would highly recommend him for his total knowledge of the building industry.

Brian replaced our roof a few years back, and we have had no issues, even around three skylights. We like the look of the new architectural shingles. His crew was professional and left no debris, not even a single nail, behind.

Simply put, Brain did everything right: he was responsive, showed up early and then stayed late to get the project done in 1 day, gave a reasonable quote and then kept the project under that cost, he kept us informed on what he planned to do and then answered our questions as he was doing it.
