We have had Brian do a number of jobs for us. He did a roof at our cottage in Old Orchard. We appreciated his good work and hired him to do a roof on a second house in Cape Elizabeth. He also did a roof for our rental property in Portland. All projects were done well, on time, and within budget. We highly recommend him! We rate him a 5 in all areas!

Brian did an outstanding and very professional replacement of our condo association's fascia boards and soffits. He also made us aware of some other issues that needed to be fixed that were creating problems and could cause problems down the road and fixed them. I would highly recommend him for his total knowledge of the building industry.
