Summit Home Solutions LLC offers excellent service and competitive pricing. Couldn't ask for a better roofing or siding contractor--from the knowledgeable salesman to the skilled construction crew. The project went exactly as planned. Any issues were promptly resolved and the work got done on time, on the agreed-upon date. The work crew worked efficiently and cleaned up beautifully. Highly recommended.

We suffered major storm damage, with a huge tree busting through our roof right before Christmas '23. Once the tree was off early '24, we arranged for Larry & his crew to fix our damage including serious rafter repair. It was completed in just one day, an amazing job through some real challenging conditions, given the time of year. Quick, clean & efficient thanks so much!

I hired Larry and his team to install new rubber roof and gutters on my building for $4575.00. The previous vintage copper gutters (pictured) that were on the building wrapped around like fascia, past the edge of the soffit, so that building was protected from water, animals, and damage.

When I brought it up to Larry that the new gutters left large gaps all along the building—where the roof wood and windows/walls below are clearly exposed to the elements, he was very defensive, but said he would “fix it.” A few days later he told me he “fixed” only the j-channel (that he previously left exposed).

After our exchange yesterday where he was incredibly rude and unprofessional saying, “Ok Smarty where is the water going hmmm that's right into the gutter. You know what we should've replaced the rotted window, the siding while we there oh not to mention the roof above I'm done with this conversation,” I realized that this is what he considers a job well done.

I am very disappointed by not only the lack of professionalism, but that I paid so much money only to have my building needing MORE work that I have to pay for. It should have been done right the first time, or they should have righted their wrongs and stood by their “quality guarantee”, but now I will not recommend them whatsoever.

I contacted Summit Home Solutions roofing and gutter installation based on the recommendation of a friend. I was very happy with the professionalism shown. Communication, installation, and clean up were top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future.

Larry was great. He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and quoted us quickly. The roof was replaced on time and at the price quoted. It looks great and they left our yard free of any debris

Summit has done a couple of jobs for me the past couple years and will be my first call next time I am in need of a home improvement contractor.

Summit did a siding project for us and they were very professional, on time and picked up the job site daily. We are very happy with the end result. Highly recommend!

Summit roofing (Larry) did a great job ripping our our old roof and replacing with a new one. Carlos and his team were professional, neat, and detail oriented. A bit expensive but pleased overall.

Excellent job! Communicated very well--arrived on time consistently. Price was reasonable (which is difficult to find these days) and all workers were personable and professional. I would hire again without a moment's hesitation. Highly recommend.
