Evan had the 5R’s which earned him 5 Stars. He was responsible, reliable, reasonable, rapid and respectful. Fixed large and small issues. He replaced downed fence and reinforced other parts with metal posts, hauled away trash,and replaced leaking kitchen sink fixtures. I was especially impressed with his trouble shooting to make my deck vision a reality with lights and propane fire pit. I will be using him in the future. Wish I had more pictures to share.

I texted Evan about removing some old concrete pavers and the next day he was here. He took about half the time he told me and was thoroughly professional. Would definitely use him again.

I called Evan to build a large and heavy wood bed frame and to do some electrical work. He was GREAT. Didn't scratch any of the walls or floors and put the bed together very quickly. Evan is professional and hauled out all the trash. He also fixed some electrical outlets around the house too. Highly highly recommend giving Evan a call!

Called Evan MacIntire Handyman. After having a conversation and some texted photos, he was able to recognize the urgency needed to address the damage happening in my home.

I had a roof full of snow with multiple leaks. Evan and Crew removed more snow than I expected in a faster time than quoted.

To have a crew at your house and on your roof in that amount of time was a relief and quite impressive.

BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL.

Evan rebuilt my entrance stairs and reinforced and stained my back deck .Also did a bunch of smaller items that had been on my to do list for too long. I found him to be reliable, fast and affordable. Also corrected one item I felt needed additional work. Will definitely hire him again .

Evan is awesome! I needed someone to take care of a problem at my Tahoe home that at the time had renters in it. I was in a difficult spot with back to back renters and a serious maintenance issue. Evan responded to me right away, worked around my crazy tenant schedule and fixed the problem so that my tenant was satisfied and I avoided any future problems. The quality of Evans work is top notch his communication is awesome and overall I can't say enough about how please I was with the outcome.
