- Everything was handled very well from the first contact to the installation.
- Great price, best choice of products, finished job in record time.
- Scott couldn't have been more wonderful to work in resolving our issues.
- The first person came out, did an estimate, and knew nothing about what the second person said.
- None of them were on the same page regarding the work that needed to be done.
- I asked the people doing the roof; they knew nothing about fixing the spots.

I have had several business dealings with Best Windows over the past few years. I just spoke with Doug Banning (sp) and he was so kind and informative to me about my window locks. At 84 years of age, you tend to forget some very important things. He was such a good listened to my issue and so kind in explaining the "FIX" to me and my issue was quickly and kindly settled. Thank you!!!

What started as a casual curiosity for window replacements, became a new home. In total, it was 19 windows, 2 doors, 1 sliding glass door, vinyl siding, trim, and gutters. Having only moderate expectations for my first major house project, I was completely blown away by the end result. Scott listened to what I was looking for and Pastor delivered on that idea.
Scott walked me through all the options and was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the perfect selections to fit both my home's style and my budget. He listened to my needs and never pressured me, which I greatly appreciated. From start to finish Scott had great communication and kept me informed for every step of the way.
Pastor and his team were phenomenal. Pastor's craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly impressive during the installation. He did everything from removing and shoring up some rot around one of the door frames, to making custom backplates for my front porch lights because they were longer that the boxes for mounting them on the vinyl. Things like that are what separates this company from their competition and will keep me coming back.
The house has been completely transformed. It not only looks fantastic, but the new windows and doors have already made a noticeable difference in energy efficiency and noise reduction. If you are looking for a company that delivers high-quality products, exceptional craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service, I wholeheartedly recommend Best Window Company!

I met 5 different people on this job, the workers, the gutter people, and 3 different bosses and none of them were on the same page. The first person came out , did a estimate on the roof. It was 2 place on the back,, under the roof, one on each side of the house. I asked would they fix them spots . He said yes, we'll take care of it. So the second person came out was in charge of the contract. Knew nothing about the first person said he would take care of the 2 places. I asked the people doing the roof,, they knew nothing about fixing the 2 spot. So they finished the roof and the places were still not fix.The gutter people had to wait cause the spot want fix. Finally the gutter people worked on it. But nothing was ever done to the other side. The gutters on the back not holding the water. Gutter fill up,, water run over top of the gutters. Requested someone explain the 15 years warranty and I asked a the warranty for the gutters. The third person said he would come by Monday and explain those things. It's now Thursday night. Haven't seen any one. Requested some certain pictures of the roof with the hole in it. Never received them. The only thing I feel great about is ,,, that the guys that did the roof,,did a great job.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
