From the first contact to the installation, everything was handled very well. Scott came out to make an assessment and provide an estimate and he was very professional and honest on what was needed. We were able to replace the panes in several windows and did not need to replace the entire windows. Scott even fixed a window that wasn't closing properly while he was here at no charge. We did replace a people door to our garage. This was handled by Pastor who arrived on time and did a great job of handling the replacement. The work was done very efficiently and the door and framing look great. Our experience with The Best Window company was excellent and we would definitely refer them to others.

I assure you BWC will meet all your needs. I needed quite a bit of work done and every step was a pleasant process. Scott made it so easy. He is thorough, detailed, and so patient. (because I'm pretty sure I asked him 5000 questions) First, I had 34 windows replaced in 3 days! What? Yes, 3 days! Not only are they absolutely beautiful on the inside and out, there was zero mess inside and outside the house which thoroughly impressed me. (Also, I chose black on the outside and white on the inside and I am so happy with the outcome) Then, I had them replace the roof and gutters on my house and garage, and add gutters where needed. Again, a great crew of hard working men doing quality work, with quality materials, in impeccable timing with no mess and it looks so beautiful. Next, was a new door and storm door which I love! I appreciate so much the time that was taken for discussing window styles, colors, shingles, types and styles of doors, double checking measurements before ordering, boss man himself (Pastor) continually working and being present on the job, and constant check ins from Scott just to make sure all is going well during the process. I felt comfortable in making the decisions I made, experienced no pressure, and felt good about the cost. ( I had 3 quotes before BWC and the prices were just astronomical) I highly recommend BWC. I will be calling them again when it is time for siding and doors and deck at my business. Now that I know what I know, I won't be calling anyone else! You shouldn't either! Call BWC today!

We recently had a pressure-treated wood deck built by Best Window Co. After getting several estimates, we decided to go with them due to their competitive rates and excellent communication. The workers were respectful and showed up exactly when they said they would. Unfortunately, we experienced a couple of cosmetic problems, but Scott couldn't have been more wonderful to work in resolving our issues. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the end result. It is obvious that Scott has great integrity and takes pride in his work, unlike so many other contractors these days. From the first day that we met with Scott Hawley until today’s installation of our Provia Endure sliding door, our experience with Scott and everyone at Best Windows has been top notch. Scott’s product expertise and the great attention to detail and professionalism of the installation crew made the entire experience well worth the cost of our project.

We were replacing a 30 year old set of french doors with the sliding door shown in the photo. The job was made more difficult by the fact that the new door was bigger than the old doors requiring the Best Windows crew to create and frame an opening to accommodate the new door.

I was very impressed with the Project Manager, Scott, and with the assistance he gave to help with a fairly new window that was giving me a problem. It didn't take much time for him to diagnose the problem, fix, and then show me how to open and close moving forward.

I would highly recommend Best Window Co. Virginia. They also repair roofs and I was in desperate need once I learned that the roof to my porch had a hole in it. They were able to respond promptly and fixed the problem. Then they followed up to make sure the job was done right.

I recommend this company, not just for Windows but roof repairs as well.

We recently relocated to our new residence, and the previous owner had hired this company to install new windows as per our agreement. Regrettably, I cannot endorse this company to a friend.

1. Inquiring about the scheduled payment date.

2. It will be your responsibility to follow up with them regarding the schedule for window installation.

3. The presence of children working on the windows caused me to feel unsettled.

We had leakage from rain under our back door. Scott correctly assessed the problem and was able to fix it easily and inexpensively. He was honest and professional. Will definitely use him for our window and door needs!

We had a situation where the inside trim from a window job was not done properly. Pastor came and redid the interior trim and the windows now look beautiful.
I would definitely recommend him and his crew. They are very good craftsmen and very respectful. They put us at ease with this situation and you could not ask for nicer people.

They were very quick to respond to request to come out and look at what they might be able to do for leaking skylight. They did the required work when I needed to be away from home. They took pictures and videos of all steps of the work and the finished product. We were impressed with their work, professionalism and communication. We highly recommend them!
