I have been servicing my Kia at Berlin City for a couple years. The service manager Ed is terrific always lets me know what needs to be done before any work starts. I’m on my second Kia and the next one I buy will be at Berlin City Kia due to the positive experiences I’ve had with their service department.

36k service light came on our Kia Sportage and could not get a straight answer over the phone what it cost. Needed an oil change so went there and they had a ready answer for the 36k service: $700! Will pass on that but please do the oil change. During the oil change they discovered I needed wiper blades. I asked how much and was told <$40 (but) that turned into $48.72??!! DONE with Berlin City Kia!!

Avoid Tim Robbins. Aggressive, abrasive, super low balled my trade in. We were speaking on the phone at dinner time and when I said I wasn't sure this was going to work out, that I needed to go and that he should email me the rest of the information he hung up on me mid sentence. Horrible experience. Other folks we're very professional even apologized for him but avoid Tim Robbins.

Called them about getting a quote to put on a hitch. Never been to their outfit before.. Reason I could not do it myself because of a physical injury. I was flabbergasted that they said it would cost $500 for labor!! I already had the hitch so labor would have been the total cost to them. Instructions on paperwork say it should take 30 minutes to install. Watched videos on it and took professionals between 30-60 minutes.At risk of further injuring my injury I did it myself and took me 2 hours because of my physical limitations.

TOTALLY RIDICULOUS price gouging!! Honestly, should a mechanics time be worth $500-$1000 an hour. They lost a customer for life.

I love that they offer complimentary state inspections! The pricing for services is definitely a little high, but it is totally understandable since they offer a comp state inspection. I have already recommended Berlin City Kia to family and friends, and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great service department. Fair prices and great service. Had brakes and oil changed. I'm sure I could go to a brake specialist, but I take comfort into going to the dealer for all my service and when they treat you well, I'll keep going back.
