Can I get a call back from the service department two messages with my name and phone number and no return phone call. My house is nine years old and all in all I’am pleased other than the quality of the windows. Just need to know who manufactured so I can replace the bad ones.

I decided on using Beracah to build my beach home November of 2022 and I am very glad that I did. My sales rep Daniel was a pleasure to work with as was Mary in the design center. Wade who was in charge of construction at my location kept me informed through the build process and responded very promptly whenever I had a question. The house was completed quicker than expected and actually came in below the estimated cost. After taking possession of the house you have a one year warranty and there were a few minor problems but Kirk who over sees the service during this period was always extremely quick to address any issue and made sure they were corrected to my satisfaction. Ramsey who came out to do the minor repairs was outstanding and very friendly and knowledgeable.
I've had the home a little over a year and I waited until now to write this review so I could give an honest review of my experience from start until finish.
I am extremely satisfied and very happy with my Beracah home and have nothing but good things to say about the people I have had pleasure of working with. The quality of the house and the people is great.

We worked with David Lambrose to get all of the basics for choosing the right floor plan. He was very responsive with my many continual questions. I never felt like I was bothering him. He answered my texts and emails very quickly. He is very knowledgeable and got answers when I was asking questions about changing the floor plans. We have put the project on hold for the time being until we get the financing worked out with our current residence. But when we're ready for a new home, I will definitely work with David. I am extremely picky and want to know every detail. David worked with me and was always pleasant, helpful and seemed to care. Beracah is very professional and I was impressed (which is not easy to do).

Visited to discuss building with them. But quickly got an uninterested vibe from the salesman after sharing budget information. $450k as a starting budget builds MANY of their homes but he didn't want to put in the effort to make it happen.

Perhaps they are really busy and don't "need" the extra work. If that's the case I just wish they were upfront. Instead it was like pulling teeth to get the salesman to elaborate on my email questions. Eventually I gave up. I found a builder who is working to earn my business and they will, it's great communication.

If you want a out of the box home with limited modifications, its worth the shot but I'd look elsewhere for real customization and customer service.

We were there last week and met with Kim for the tour and to gather some information on Beracahs entire process... as we are looking to relocated from NJ to this area in the forseeable future.. All we can say is.....(after meeting several other builders in the area) .....WOW!!! Everyone we met from the front office - design center and the factory walk through were amazing!!! Thank you Beracah and Kim!. The quality of their builds to the way we were treated, has been the deciding factor for us, so that when the time comes, we are going to be using Beracah for our home, no question about it. We already have the model we love. We cannot wait until the time comes to make the visit with Kim @ Beracah and start our process -Rob and Helene!!!

They were contracted to build the home back in 2007/2008 with a contractor that did not disclose to us that he was no longer a preferred builder. Here it is almost 15 years later and I'm finding such the great quality of work they advertise about. Nails hanging out of the floor from missed shots with the nail gun. Instead of removing the nails, they were just left there. Thanks for the major pains during hardwood flooring installation. Also back in 2016 we contacted Beracah about our windows since they were under warranty and they ignored us. We couldn't contact the builder since he was busted for embezzlement. They finally sent us two replacement windows when we needed at least six. Maybe things have changed, but before you have them deliver your home do a walk around. Also, you might ask if any employee knows what a square is cause every ground floor they built isn't square.

I went with my brother on a tour of the facility. It was great. Everyone that talked to us was enthusiastic about their job and it was very informative. I highly recommend.

My visit to this company was absolutely surprising to me. The quality of their product was definitely5 stars . And the people who worked there were were wonderful!! Very professional very knowledgeable and very pleasant. You should tour their model homes. It will change your mind about about modularization of homes

Highly recommend Beracah Homes. If you're looking for an exceptionally built home, for even better pricing, look no further! Beracah should be your first choice. My Dad worked for the company for awhile when I was a kid, and that was another reason we chose them. We moved into our home 2 days before Christmas, and we're so in love! It's perfect, we wouldn't change a thing. From start to finish they were amazing to work with, and made us feel like family. Linda was our sales lady, and she is the best! Julian was our site manager, and he kept us up to date, and in the loop every step of the way. Can't say enough good things about Beracah. So grateful for the forever home they've given our family!

Stopped in while working to get info on homes. Daniel was very helpful in explaining the process of how they build their homes. He also went into detail of how to work a budget on a house.

With all the materials, contractors, schedules ect involved in building a new house , perfection is impossible, but they come as close to perfect as possible. The whole experience has been wonderful. Great people, great product!!

Their products seem professional and well made. A bit pricey from others I have compared it too. After presentation be ready for hard sale tactics. Wants you to secure them as you builder with 3,000 up front. Credit card any method just give us the money. If you don’t use them you loose your money

The house is self is not bad. Some issues with the finish on the ceilings cracking from settling but they came and put more mud. TONS of "wall pop" nails. Most of which were identified and corrected.

We had many many issues with the home building process and site work. Attorneys had to be called and eventually I was given some $ back for essentially lack of oversight by the project manager, giving the subcontractors WAY too much time and money for a subpar job.

I think you'll find a lot of the 5 star review are from people who are looking at houses not actually going through the whole process. The salesmen was fine but he no longer works there and the lady who showed us interior options was nice and informative.

The main reason for the 3 star review here is I was hoping to save time and money by using this company and ultimately I don't think I did either and as stated by some of the other reviews I felt like I was doing way too much follow up with the subcontractors myself.

Very accommodating. There is a retail side and a wholesale side of the business. I have dealt with both and everyone is always responsive both phone and email.

We lost our home in a fire in 2018 and fell in love with one of the Beracah homes. It took a lot of follow up once our home was placed to have the onsite contractors to continue working on our home and our site manager didn't seem to know when they were and weren't working on it. We moved into our home with not too many issues. About the time Beracah was supposed to come and do the one year repair list Covid hit and of course there was a delay. But we still have not had all of the one year checklist items completed and it will be two years in April 2021. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love our new home and am just as happy with the design as when I first saw it. Just wish the follow up would be better. I would recommend a Beracah home, but with the warning that you need to stay on top of the construction once onsite and push if there are any problems that need resolved.

We would recommend Beracah to everyone looking for a new custom built home. We lost our home due to a tornado, Beracah was immensely patient with us during the insurance process. We chose the Betterton model and was able to modify it into the home we wanted. David Lambrose was amazing, as was all the employees who helped create our home! We have been in our home for about six months and we love it!!

I vacillated between a 3-star or a 4-star review, but I think, in the end, 3 stars is fair. Beracah, in general, is a solid company, and I am VERY pleased with our new, beautiful home - a home we plan to stay in for the rest of our lives. Even during the pandemic, the company kept working and mostly kept us up-to-date on the construction progress (both in and out of the factory). Our field supervisor, Barry, was wonderful and knowledgeable, and Kim, one of the managers, was quick to address problems and answer questions. I am grateful for the two of them. However, we had MANY issues along the way. We paid our deposit in May of 2019 and were told by our salesperson, Rick, that our home would "easily be ready" by May 2020. In fact, according to Beracah's chart of how the permits, building, financing, and so forth occur, the house should have been ready in February/March of 2020. Why the hold-up? Rick forgot to submit some of the paperwork, which put us 2-3 months behind (we were supposed to go to settlement on November 1st, 2019 - that ended up occurring February 10th, 2020, a day before I was scheduled for major surgery). We were in the design center with Sarah - who was absolutely amazing - and the second draft of our home was supposed to be completed. Apparently, it was not. Then, out of nowhere, Rick stopped calling and our progress was halted. That December (2019), I called and asked about the current status. Somehow, the cost for our well and septic doubled (which, long story short, wasn't true - Rick made up a number to get me off his back since I'd tried emailing and calling him 2 times in 2 months), and when I told him that I knew he was making up numbers that would alter my financing, he called me a VERY derogatory term, as well as "ignorant." Needless to say, he was pulled from our project, but as a heads-up for anyone who goes with Beracah: don't use Rick as a salesperson, especially if you are a woman. He thinks we're all stupid. Fortunately, Kim and Barry took over, but we were now several months behind. But once they had the ball rolling, we kept rolling, and again, even during the pandemic - Beracah placed our home on the foundation in March of 2020, and we had the keys in hand on July 1st, 2020. We were finally in our dream home. I wish I could end the review here and give it 4 stars, but once you have the keys? Beracah is VERY slow to reply to any issues (and, just like in ANY home, there will be issues). You're covered under their warranty for a year once you move in, but don't expect a quick response. We waited a month for paint (the base paint is VERY thin; when we called to ask for more, we were told we'd have it that week. One week turned into one month). We didn't receive appliance manuals or even the Certification of Occupancy until the end of August - almost 2 months after we'd moved in. Now, our smoke detectors - which are all connected, so if one goes off, all of them go off - are defective. They have gone off 6 times on 3 separate occasions. The first time they were checked, it had something to do with our sprinkler system, which we were told was "fixed." When they went off again - 3 times in 10 minutes - we called the company. We're still waiting to hear back about when someone will help us. All in all - I love our little home by the Chesapeake Bay, and for the most part, I wouldn't change a thing. But watch for a very rude salesperson, delays with replies once you move in, and being charged FAR more than what you expected. If you have time and money and don't mind waiting 12-18 months for your home, Beracah is your company. If you want your home in the promised 8(ish) months and have a salesperson delay your move by 2 months... you may want to look elsewhere. Again, I love my home. But I was so stressed with the process and having to call myriad times - after they promised they'd "take care of everything" - that I'm not sure I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I love walking through the model homes & I'm currently in the process of having them build my home. Everyone is super friendly and are very informal when u have questions.

Best home builders ever. Linda and Ty Bowden represented the Company with the highest standards. Their integrity came through time and time again. Going the extra mile to get all things right. Even redoing things completely to meet my standards. Very hard working couple we were blessed to meet. Chris the lead carpenter on our house, could not have done a better job. All the details were exacting. Brock follows up any repairs we can find. After the house was finished, as though it were his own.
Beracah (Blessed) Homes. Gets my highest recommendation. I could go on and on. As to how good the experience has been. Time and room dictates that I stop. I must say my neighbor who is having a house built by another competitor (B&B) is not near as happy.

I have had a great experience with Beracah Homes. I have been to their factory many times and they have been able to answer all my questions. I have purchased several homes through them and have had nothing but good experiences. I will continue to use their high quality homes. I highly recommend this business.

We are completely satisfied above measure with our new replacement family home. It is a great well built strong home with energy efficient appliances. Not to mention the large standard selection items are upgrades with other builders. When we got our first electric bill, we were baffled. We haven't seen a significant decreased electric bill in over 10 years. Our Sales Representative, Mr. Skye, went above and beyond to accommodate meetings go over house designs within our budget. He sat up a plant tour to see the quality level our home was being built and took time out of his busy schedule to text us updated photos, including the final pictures when it was pulled out of the plant. The professional teams did a fantastic job on the house delivery and setting that it drew a community crowd. Just totally amazing to watch it being set. Mr. Barry was our Site Foreman and another great employee that went above our expectations when it came to communicating, organizing work crews, and follow ups weekly or more on levels completed. With his experienced in the completion levels, he was able to finish our home way before the completion date initial given. Would highly recommend taking the time to visit the members of their team. You will be impressed!

We are completely satisfied above measure with this home. It is a great well built strong home. 2 X 10's and 2 X 12"s where others would use smaller dimension lumber to save costs. My Project Manager (Barry) with my Account Rep (Skye) really got me out of a jamb. I settled on my Angola home June 28 and really needed to get into my Beracah home before settlement because summer season rentals are very expensive at the beach. Barry stepped up the pace with his crew and got us in June 26. An almost impossible dead line, but he got it done and we were in. This alone saved me many thousands of dollars. The efforts and the build are to be commended. Standard items are upgrades with other builders. Please take the time to visit the members of their team. You will be impressed at their knowledge and made comfortable in the process.

I had my home built by Beracah. I have been in it almost a year now. Happy with Beracah, if you need them, they are there.
My salesperson was Skye Coady. We went to several builders with floor plans but when I met Skye, I knew he would be a pleasure to work with and he was and is! I would recommend Skye to anyone who is looking for an honest , patient salesperson ! Meeting Skye was the reason I chose Berache. The home is well built and very attractive. I have had quite a few compliments from neighbors and passerby .
If you are looking an honest, patient salesperson with answers call Skye! I definitely recommend him and Berache.

They build a very solid home.
They finish it out very well and come back in a year to fix anything that the season cold hot cycle has created. Very well constructed and will work with you to get it done.

Dealing with this company was the worst sales experience I've had ever. It's almost as if they don't want to sell homes. They are only open on weekdays, only till 4:30, and if you have a question at any other time, they made sure to not have voicemail for you to leave a question. Don't think dealing with them electronically will get you answers either. I've asked three things of these people via their website and/or email. Two of those times I had to send a follow up message after getting no response for two days (1.5 of which were weekdays ... asking 1. whether they build in my county, and 2. what the prices were on their houses ... very complicated questions I realize). The third time (asking for a few details on one of their models not available on the website) I decided to not send a follow-up and just see how long it takes to get a response. It's now been been five days (three of which were weekdays) and still no response. I'd give them 0 stars but it's not an option.
