Alan was quick to respond to any questions and concerns and he always informed me of what his team was about to do and when they would do it. He always kept me in the loop and there was no funny business.

They always arrived on time when they said they would and cleaned up very well. We had a broom that went missing and Alan had no problem reimbursing me for that without any hassle or issues, which I really appreciated.
