ANR Roofing

Very professional! I noticed a small leak coming from my ceiling when it was raining, and had ANR come out to look at my roof since it was already a bit old, They came gave me a straight answer to all my questions and they were very professional about things. Thank you again

ANR Roofing, local to me in Eagle Rock, replaced my failing tile roof with a new shingle cool roof and they did a fantastic job. Andy, the owner was very upfront about the costs, warranties and incidentals. His price was very competitive and included, in my case, trash hall-away, and removal and reinstallation of the solar panels on the roof, that some other contractors charged a lot extra for. I really appreciated his no bs approach. His crew, led by his son, are very professional, and left the property spotless. The job, including permitting and inspection took four days (Andy is also a registered inspector-contractor in the City of LA so this permitting/inspection part of the process was really quick and seamless).They sent me lots of photo updates showing their work as it progressed. Bottom line, using the same materials with the same manufacturer warranties, ANR delivered outstanding workmanship at a better price point than most of the other companies that quoted me.

ANR put on my roof about 1.5 years ago in Altadena. Since then, we just had the crazy winds and the Eaton fire, which just burned down 80 to 90% of Altadena. My roof is the only one that I know of that has sustained zero damage. It still looks new. Embers fell on it, 70 to 80 mile an hour winds tore at it. It literally looks like they put it on yesterday (other than the soot and ash).

Other than the quality of the roof, they put it up in essentially 2 days, were very easy to work with and answered all my questions. They were able to work in my requests (I wanted a hole to add a vent to the kitchen at a later date).

They were not my cheapest quote, but by god you get what you pay for and one thing you don't want to cheap out on is your roof.

They repaired my garage roof after a windstorm, and my house roof as well. They were fast clean and fair. What impressed me most was when I had problems with my house roof, they pointed out that because of the sun exposure, one side of the roof needed immediate replacement but the other would be good for several (I think they said 2-3) more years, so they suggested that they replace the bad side and that cap that goes along the point in the middle, so I could get more use out of the good side. Eventually that got replaced as well, but I appreciated that candor and fairness, and it was helpful to pay half at a time, years apart.

High quality work at a fair price. I'm very happy with the job ANR did. They incorporated some improvements around my chimney where the flashing was not keep[ing heavy rain out, and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Ezra, who came out and gave me the initial estimate, and the entire work crew were friendly, polite, and great communicators. All good!

Had a wonderful experience with ANR Roofing. The whole team was excellent! Andy gave a fair and reasonable bid on our complicated multi-level craftsman roof. The guys worked very hard and were kind and courteous. At the end of each day they cleaned the whole area. I would not hesitate to use ANR! Our roof is beautiful.

Andy from ANR Roofing came out to inspect leak through the gas heater vent. Previous roofer installed the wrong vent (whirlybird) so water went through from the recent storm. They installed the correct vent and cleaned gutters without charge.
They kept to the original estimated charge and everyone was on time and very professional. It was a pleasure talking to everyone connected with ANR Roofing. I will trust them to install a new roof when it becomes necessary.
