I got an electrician scheduled for 12-1 pm, the electrician arrived after 1 pm, he got in and said that he would need to make a hole on the wall to install an outlet on the outside of the house, I asked if there wasn't any other option, then he mentioned that there was another one and that he would go get his equipment to start working (???) Then I stopped him and asked how much it would be, he said that he is just a electrician and he doesn't know (????) That the lady would call me later to tell me the price. I said that I would like to know the price before anything is done, he said that he would right down what he thinks the service would be and the lady would call me back with the price.. 2 days and I didn't hear from them, then I decided to call to know the status, they said that they didn't get to do the invoices from that day yet (???) and that is why they didn't give me the price. I told them that it was taking too long to do not bother that I will be looking for another electrician. 4 hours later I get a invoice charging me 130$ for talking to the electrician??? What is this? A lawyer??? The guy did nothing, I had to push him for a better solution and he felt my house with mud, and I have to pay them??? Terrible service and an absurd that the electrician don't know how much his service cost. He even made a weird comment saying "electricians are expansive" what kind of comment is that?? I don't trust them and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I own a property management company in Park City. These guys are very good and have excellent moral standards and backup their work 100%. We had an issue occur, which was an honest mistake, that most other contractors I deal with would have made excuses and blamed somebody else for. They took care of it completely. I will continue to use them for the 60 plus properties that we manage. Thank again, you guys rock!

We had an issue with a continually tripping circuit breaker at our home on a Friday afternoon. Although we’ve lived in Park City for 10+ years, we have never needed an electrician. I called Behr based on their experience and high number of positive reviews.

I explained the issue and it was suggested before they sent someone out, to check all the GFIs first to avoid an unnecessary service call - that was not the problem. She said a technician was finishing a job and could be at our home in about 20 minutes. Brady knocked on our door in exactly 20 minutes. He found the issue within 5 minutes and repaired it quickly. He then took time to explain what happened as well as answering a few other unrelated electrical questions we had. We called Behr at 12:28 - Brady was finished with everything by 1:15!

I still can’t believe we received such quick and professional service on a Friday. True, the schedule happened to work out but Behr found a way. Thank you Behr - we are now customers for life.

After 4 years of trying to get my dinning room light fixed, finally Brady figured it out and now it works. He was such a gentleman. The problem was a transformer which was on the vaulted ceiling. Having to climb up and down the ladder many times, he remained so polite and positive. I was most fortunate to have such a knowledgable person. Thank you Brady.

Oscar has done electrical work on our horse ranch for years and continues to impress us. Today, he replaced a ballast and high pressure sodium bulb at the peak of our extremely steep second story roof by jury rigging a strap to tether and stabilize his extension ladder. Amazing! We can’t thank him enough. Brady was also very helpful in scheduling and then rescheduling Oscar to get this work done. We could not be more pleased with the service we have received from this company!

Zach M installed an outdoor outlet for some ceiling lights I plan to install on my deck ceiling, along with 20 and 30 AMP GFI circuit breakers for a new hot tub that was being installed. He showed up early, worked diligently, communicated effectively and made sure the job was completed accurately and to my satisfaction. Fire alarm was set off by thunderstorm on a Saturday afternoon. Finally got alarm to stop but main hallway smoke/CO2 alarm kept chirping & announcing “low battery” no matter how many times I replaced batteries and tried to reset it. Called Erich when I was at my wits end and he arrived quickly on a Saturday evening to completely (and quickly) solve the problem. Plus he offered to replace all the smoke alarm batteries throughout the entire house since he was already there. We will be forever customers! Thank you, Erich.

This is the second time I hired one of Behr Electric Company's teams to hang a large chandelier and they did a fantastic job.

I just moved to Park City and it was my first experience with this company. Jeremy was th electrician who was coming to help us prepare our outdoor electrical box for our new hot tub that's arriving next week. We had a snow storm and he kept us informed of the weather delays he was having and when he was going to arrive. Wow, what else can I say. From the moment I spoke with Erich on the phone until his electricians swept up it was a great experience. Not an easy thing to say when faced with emergency electrical upgrades. Erich's Journeyman, Zach and his apprentice Dustin were on time, always working and a pleasure of have on my property. My only regret is not knowing Behr Electric when I was a general contractor, they could have made my life a lot easier. Had an electrical issue at 8PM on a Saturday, and Behr was out at my place within 20 minutes. They immediately diagnosed an issue that took another electric company in town 3.5 hours to diagnose (and they did so incorrectly). Behr found a short in our wire that was a major fire hazard, and repaired the line within an hour.

Eric is very responsive and professional in all aspects- I will continue to use Behr Electric for all my electrical needs!

I have glowing words for Behr Electric Company and Erich Behr in particular. My smoke alarms all went off early in the morning about a week ago. It must have been a malfunction; there was no smoke or fire. It turns out the best solution was installing new smoke alarms; mine were 15 years old. I called Erich Behr and he was able to come out in just a couple of days to replace them. He did that quickly and competently. He even discovered a weird electrical problem and was able to solve it during his visit. I would highly recommend Behr Electric to anyone!
