I sent Mike a FB message on June 7th, he responded the next day and made it out the following day for a quote to paint the exterior of our home (being vinyl siding, brick bottom half and retaining wall, wood windows and fascia) that was sent that same night. From the very first communication, I knew this was the guy for the job. I’ve dealt with other contractors in the past where I’ve experienced very closed off, to-the-point attitudes and felt just a general “Can I trust this guy to do the job right and do the job well?” mentality but Mike was very open, answered every question I had before having to ask and overall just seemed like a very honest and trusting guy. There was a mix up with the quote that I had signed and despite losing out on some money, he was still willing to honor the price and did the job at, in my opinion, the highest standard he could. I could not be more pleased with the communication, customer satisfaction and overall quality displayed and will hire him for any job we have going forward.
