Jayce is wonderful. Not only is he talented and conscientious, he actually does what he says he's going to, when he says he's going to. He installed crown molding in my kitchen, which was a challenge given the age of my house and the discovery that the walls were far from straight. He didn't complain, he adapted, and he finished the job beautifully. I look forward to working with him again.

LOOK - To be honest this is the company you should call if you want someone trustworthy and capable of handling a multitude of projects/jobs... But, I really hate to give this guy a good review because when I call him for a job, he is quick toi answer and executes his duties to the fullest! However, that makes me nervous, because, if he gets too popular and too busy, for when I need him (he has done lots of work for me and my family) then he may not be able to get to me as promptly, as he usually does. Anyway, he is the best there is and number 1 on my speed dial for ANY job. Thanks GHS for all you have done for me thus far and future!!!

Jayce is a real "go-getter", multi-talented, eager to please, businessman. His abilities and skills are endless. He keeps his promises, shows up when he says he will, and gets the work done as it was bid, for the price quoted. He always wants you to be completely satisfied with his work and goes out of his way to please you.

I had an issue with my dryer vent being plugged up on the outside of my house because a bird decided to build a nest in it. The nest was too far inside the vent to reach. I called Grinnell Handyman and he came out right away. He removed the nest and he also cleaned all the lint out of the vent. I will definitely call him again with any home maintenance issues. Quick response time and very professional.

Finding Jayce was the best thing for me. Just show him what you want and he will custom make it for you. I had him custom make wooden baseboard heater covers. They turned out wonderful. He did all my window trim and door trims. He drywalled, place ceramic tile, wire a plug end and painted. He can do it all. Will use him again. Very easy to work with, prompt, on time.
