Beacon did such an incredible job all around! Beacon did a full replacement of our roof, after experiencing major leaking inside the home due to poor installation from the previous roofing company. Andy was extremely prompt, responsive and available throughout the entire process. Andy also helped coordinate project timing and transitions with the siding company who was installing all new siding and gutters, so the process was seamless throughout. When I was initially trying to get bids from roofing companies, I was shocked by other companies lack of response time, comprehensive evaluation, feedback and general professionalism. From the moment that I connected with Andy and Beacon Roofing and throughout the entire project, I felt supported, respected, kept up to speed on all aspects of the project, as well as having my questions and concerns addressed the entire time. The work crew was extremely respectful, worked incredibly hard every single day and did an impeccable job of cleaning up once the project was complete. There are still a couple small punch-list items to complete, and they were scheduled quickly and are to be completed within the week. Highly, highly recommend Beacon Roofing to anyone with any roofing needs!

We have used Beacon twice now in the last 7 years due to hail damage. Both times Omiah and Andy have been so great to work with. Their crews are courteous and efficient and clean up at the end of each day. They show up when they say they will be there and work hard all day long. They took care of handling all of the insurance claims for us as well. It was so easy for us--we hired them and they did the rest for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their home ..whether an insurance claim or just upgrading their surroundings. I would not hesitate for a moment to call on them again!!

We had an excellent experience with Beacon Restoration. They were recommended to us by our realtor following a major hail storm at a house that we were going to be selling soon. We were on a tight timeline and needed the repairs done as soon as possible to avoid any delays when selling.

Amazingly, Andy and Omiah were out the same day to do an inspection. The roof obviously needed to be replaced and they provided excellent information and advice, and they were extremely helpful in pointing out other damage that we had not noticed. They also came back to meet the insurance appraiser to make sure that everything was documented properly.

They completed the work extremely quickly. We were the first house in the neighborhood to get our roof replaced after the storm. The storm occurred in August and some houses are still waiting for roofs in March -- not us!

Their communication was great at every step, and they did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to use Beacon Restoration again or to recommend them to anyone looking for roofing work.

Andy, Omiah and their team were great! They did quality work efficiently and professionally handled all communications with insurance adjusters.

Had Andy come and look at a leak in our roof. He found the valley that was leaking and said there were several other things on the roof that needed fixing. we agreed to fix all of it and paid a very decent amount of money for it. Upon review of the roof with another professional roofing company we discovered a lot of undone repairs and broken tiles. I tried to reach out and let Andy know and all i got back was deflections and excuses. I would have thought he'd at least would have proposed some sort of compromise. Now i get to pay yet another company to do what we already paid to be done.

Beacon installed a new roof on our home about two weeks ago. They were on point through every step of the process, from bid to completion, and communicated very well. Definitely 100% pleased!

It's never a fun experience dealing with an insurance claim, but Beacon came to the house, and explained the process and then delivered. They were quick and did the job right. I had some extra work that the insurance adjuster didn't account for, but Beacon fixed it up properly and then got it processed through my insurance company.
