Matt and Beachy Construction did a great job building our home. It was bigger project with some unique structural aspects and they were patient with us while we sorted out what we wanted and made decisions. They and their subs made great recommendations, listened to our goals and helped us build the quality home we wanted to have. We love our home! The few glitches along the way were dealt with and Matt and his team were professionals at all times. I'd go back to them again in a heart beat.

Beachy Construction is a class operation. Every project requires changes and additions along the way. We learned to trust what they do and they would be square with us. Their integrity is amazing and top concern is our satisfaction. Well after the job is complete (years) they stand behind their work and are willing to spend time with our random questions, etc.

Beachy Construction built my home in Homer, AK in 2023. I have built 4 homes and an office building, so I have been through this process before. Matt Early was extremely helpful during the design and building process, patiently answering all my questions. When I look for a builder, I look for quality and integrity, and that is what Beachy Construction provides. This is why they have such a good reputation in the community. I was not present during the building process and visited only once, as I did not live in Alaska full time. Matt kept me updated on the project and was great about communication during the entire construction process. I was on the wait list for 1.5 years before starting the home. The wait was well worth it. With all new construction, there will be minor things here and there which need addressing within the first year after completion. Matt was great about addressing all of the minor tweaks/ issues that came up (a faulty smoke alarm, a breaker needed replacing - just minor issues). Beachy construction is a family business, and you work directly with Sheldon, Kathy and Jordon, all of them are directly involved in building the home. Sheldon even figured out a way to mount my fireplace mantle himself, coming up with a creative way to mount it without any hardware showing. I love my home and could not have asked for a better experience with Beachy Construction. I highly recommend them as a home builder.

Beachy was great from start to finish and then even after finishing! If I ever build again it will be with Beachy.

From meeting them on the first day to help with the design plans, through the building during the summer of 2021 to the September move in date I have only good things to say about the company, their quality of work and professionalism.
