Beach Concepts

Beach Concepts did a full renovation of my townhouse in Rehoboth Beach, including new kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, doors, basically a new house. They also did some reconfiguring of the kitchen by moving a wall, bathroom, and removing a post to really open up the space (had to add a structural beam to the ceiling to accomplish). I liked their approach of making sure all the materials were available before starting, it really fast tracked the project, getting the majority of the work done in 4 months. I was very happy with the results and Brooks was great to work with, being flexible to work with me as changes were made to improve the end result. I would highly recommend Beach Concepts.

Brooks and Jason were wonderful to work with and did an excellent job on the total renovation of our kitchen and home in Rehoboth Beach. They took great care in making sure that the work was done professionally and in a timely manner. They gave us good advice on finishes and recommendations on products to use. The final cost was within 2% of our agreed upon budget. They were very responsive and keep us informed of the progress and addressed any of our concerns quickly. In addition, their crew was equally considerate and professional. Can't wait to get started on a major bathroom renovation! To top it all off, they are just really nice guys! I would highly recommend them.

The guys at Beach Concepts are awesome! I’ve now used them for 4 projects at my house in Dewey - including a recent kitchen renovation on a budget. Despite spending about half of what a typical new kitchen costs - the space looks brand new. Their prices are always reasonable and they are very easy to work with, demonstrating better flexibility, creativity and communication than any other contractor I’ve ever used. I look forward to working with them again for my next project.

Beach Concepts completely redid our kitchen, dining area, and living room in Sea Colony, Bethany Beach - flooring, cabinets, countertops, and painting. They were proactive in identifying any potential issues, and recommending tiles, colors, etc. From dealing with the permits to the finishing touches, we could not be happier with the service, attention to detail, and results.
