Great experience with BB Brothers Contractor! They were efficient, honest, and the results exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely work with them again.

Do not go through BB Brothers to rent a U-Haul if you are moving. My fiancé and I are moving tomorrow. We’ve had our U-Haul reserved for a week and they went ahead and rented it to someone else from under us. They claimed that the military came and cleaned them out, when coming from a military family, I know they don’t use U-Haul. They switched our pick up location at the last minute to a location that is 45 minutes away. We now have to drive an hour and a half round trip to pick up a U-Haul to load our stuff up and go back south. The only thing they were willing to do is reimburse us for the extra mileage on the U-Haul. Not even for our own personal mileage to go get it. We even spoke with BB Brothers’ U-Haul representative, Bob, who told us that he couldn’t do a transfer even though the manager in town was willing to go get it. He would explain the circumstances to us and when he was questioned about what could be done, he backtracked on half of what he said. He didn’t make a single stable statement. We were basically told it was our problem and to figure it out ourselves even though they were the ones who messed up. Talk about lack of accountability. We will be emailing U-Haul directly and there will also be a review on their site. If I could do zero stars, that’s what I would rate it.

This company is excellent. Reliable, affordable, honest, easy to work with, and provides quality work. Highly recommended!!! Other contractors in the area would not even return my calls.
