Bartlett Roofing is awesome!!! I used him a few years ago to cap my trip and install new gutters. His quote was very fair, so I did not hesitate to call when I had a leak in my roof this year. He was very honest with my quote and even did a quick repair to save me money for right now. I will definitely be using him when I need my roof replaced in a year!

Bartlett Roofing is great! I used them for replacing my asphalt shingles then did the gutters. Prices are competitive, service is fast, and they completely remove all debris. Haven’t found a stray nail in the yard or flower beds yet. I highly recommend them.

Bill came out the first time 5 years ago, told me I didn't need a new roof or siding, and fixed my unzipped siding for free. 3 years ago we started having problems with the soffit popping up, Bill again came out and fixed it for free. Bill and his crew replaced our entire roof this spring. We were very happy with the work.

They competed a re-roof on my home about 8 years ago. At the time, very easy to work with and the workmanship, at least from the exterior, looked great.
Fast forward to last week when I had a home inspection done for the pending sale of my home. The inspector uncovered a few areas of concern with the roof, including water damage on interior of the plywood under the chimney.
I called Bill, explained the situation and asked him to come take a look. Of course, his response was (to paraphrase) the inspector doesn't know what he's talking about. To his credit, he (begrudgingly) did come out promptly, climbed on the roof and left a half hour later with no further communication.
I left a text, a voicemail and at an email to inquire about his findings; I believe our attorney also contacted him. To date, almost one week later, Bill has ceased ALL communication.
I called out another roofing company who came out, assessed the inspector's concerns and agree with the concerns of the inspectors report- improper flashing, exposed roofing nails and interior water damage caused by improper materials. i am now forced to pay $549.00 out my own pocket for shoddy workmanship. Thanks Bill. You should be ashamed of yourself. As a small business owner myself, it pains me to rip your business like this; but I gave you several opportunities to make this right.

Absolutely awful. My housing association hired them to replace the roofs in our neighborhood. The crew took the plants on my balcony and shoved them in the corner, putting a tarp on everything and dumping garbage on top, breaking several plants and getting debris and dust everywhere (not sure if any of the veggies remain edible) - we didn't get a notice to move anything, other than a note telling us to get our cars out of the driveway by 7am.

When I called to share my experience and concerns, the person I spoke with was questioning the validity of my story, and was rudely talking down to me. He pretty much dismissed everything I said.

He blamed the homeowners, the housing association, everyone but the crew causing the damage and the mess.

These aren't just empty walls you're working on - they're other people's homes! I would think people in your business would understand that and respect other people's property. Shameful.

Bartlett Roofing replaced my roof and did a great job. We were very impressed with their crew and their professionalism.

If you are looking for a roof go no further. This company not only gives you beautiful, competent results but are courteous, fair and very, very clean. They had to do my roof in 3 parts due to bad weather and every time left the property in perfect condition. I love the new roof it looks beautiful.

Also they are A-1 in my book regarding communication. They arrive on time and always let you know the status of their work. Shopping around to save pennies here and there to me is a waste of time when you have such a stellar business to deal with. I also used them for my siding and gutters years ago and the service and quality remains.
And no, in case your are wondering I am not related in any way.
