Barnes Roofing & Construction - Mountain Home, AR

I used to be a service manager and many installation projects were large and required teamwork. From the start of our reroofing project due to hail damage Barnes Roofing was there for us. We called requesting a quote after our insurance investigator advised the shingles and turbines we're badly damaged. As their quote was about 10% higher than the adjusters estimate we asked other companies for quotes. One more was in line with the Barnes quote and one verbal quote, they refused to commit to what we wanted spelled out but matched the adjusters estimate but with a lower grade shingle than what was being replaced. Unfortunately both quotes required 2/3 of the price up front which actually would mean we'd be financing their business, if they showed up. In any case Barnes written quote allowed us to get our insurance companies attention to the increased costs and an item their adjuster missed. The job took two days to finish both the house and shop roofs. They are a Corning registered company so they use quality
products only. The team work was fantastic, they cleaned up at the end of each day and the job looks great. Their warranty is great. In short they did everything they wrote down and gave us the invoice before they left. They trusted us as we trusted them. I'd definitely recommend them!
