I requested a quote on a pole structure, they never got back to me. Months later and now over a year later, (I never stepped foot inside nor made any further requests) they are wanting my review of my experience with them.
Kind of out of touch, don't update their system much.

This place is hit or miss. Mostly miss. High prices. Last instance, I called looking for a specific product. Asked specifically if they had it in stock. They did. I make the drive to town and come to find out they don’t have the product and don’t actually even carry it. I refuse to go here anymore, time is spent well elsewhere. Could list other mishaps, this is the most recent. Would not recommend.

We had a pole barn built and our contractor used Badger for our materials to build it. Badger did a great job supplying . If the need arises, we will use them again.....

So I walk in, and I'm trying to figure out where to start. Do I begin with the teeth? The fur? The claws? I asked an associate, Helga (definitely helpful people, btw) and ask how I begin building my badger. She calls her associate, Cedrick (handsome guy) who'd just moved there from England, and he told me I'd find the right place if I spoke to the Fat Friar in town, he'd help me find a spot where badgers... Sprout.

Great Long Term Contractor Service. What this means is that months after your product has been purchased and installed you can still count on the friendly staff at Badger to service you if the before mentioned product becomes an issue. Open communication with the entire staff from material loaders all the way through management and beyond have been strongly appreciated.
