Super nice and friendly people !
Quick unloading!
Plenty of room to maneuver truck with 53ft trailer and spread axles.
This business is located very close to truck stop to park overnight.

Great Customer Service with top notch quality!! You’ll never have to worry that your running out of square when putting roof metal on because they’re metal is always square I’ve used a lot of different metal they’ve got the best!!

Time wasters, unprofessional and unable to deliver on promised dates.

I ordered twice from this company because the office staff are not helpful and don't know what they are doing. I'm giving two stars because the product is fine. The company staff are NOT.

Example: I ask for enough screws for the job based on my order. They sent half the amount required. Cost me time and money.

Another example: Staff assured me that trim provided was adequate for job. Wrong! I had to return and reorder - costs me time and money again! Yes, I'm angry and I still have to pick up the second order.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would.

Another local area dealer missed a standing seam roof delivery deadline without notice. A weather forcast indicated a 95% chance of 2 days of rainstorms inbound w/ 'winter on its heels'.
I took a chance and emailed IBEX the roof specs and a request for a quote. The quote came back in cheaper and quicker for basically the same product, so I went ahead w/ the order.
A few days later I got a call from IBEX that the order was fulfilled and being crated for pickup.
There was one minor 'snafu' with the order that involved the 'hem not being pre-cut' on the entire order, but IBEX professionally resolved the issue.
As a bonus, the '2x4 crating design' that IBEX used for the majority of the 25 foot panels can be flipped over and used as a table for cutting/curing/flashing once the panels get unloaded and staged.
