I've always have had excellent service there and they stand by their work from window tinting, car wraps,audio,numerous accessories you name it

I had remote start added to my truck by Auto Trim Design. They did a great job and the price was great! I highly recommend them for anything you may need!

They were awesome, had what. I needed, got my new mud flaps on, and away I went, I could spend too much here lol, they have alot to offer

Went in to buy a used topper. I understood that it needed some stuff to be functional, I also understood that I was purchasing from a dealer, thought they would be able to help me out. 2 months later I still don’t have the correct parts to lock up my tools and material in my work truck. They ordered me the wrong latch for the back door, told me there was no other part. A quick Google search of my own, and a call to another dealer. I now have the correct part coming.

Also when I bought the topper I was in the market for a ladder rack. They told me no external frame rack would work. Again another call to a different dealer, and I have the ladder rack I want coming.

I had also bought brand new from them a decked system, once they received it, they left it sitting right out side their nice dry shop, while it rained and snowed. When I picked up to install. There was 2” of ice in the bottom of one of the drawers. And the decked system came incomplete, this may not have been their fault

Not impressed with the customer service one bit, I wasted a lot of time out of several days going in there and trying to get the right stuff coming my way. I will be building other trucks for my company, and I will not be using these guys for anything.

An excellent place to buy used car parts. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They saved a friend from getting a massive ticket because he didn’t realize he needed mud flaps, their advice was much appreciated!

Stopped there with my cousin who bought a attachment for his bumper and I found out they do car stereos (my new car doesn't come with a CD player) the guy there said - give me your phone number and I'll see what I can come up with. Sure enough he called and said - why don't you come down as I think I have something that might work for you - I can hook it up in ten minutes and we'll see if it works. It did and I am soooo happy.

I had shopped a few competitors in town and none of them could beat the price quote I received here. I had a new sound system and drone remote starter installed in my newly purchased Ram truck. From the money saved from these guys,I was able to have a heated seat installed for my mom for Mother's Day‼️
Money was not the only deciding factor, John Basta and his crew were very professional and helpful throughout the the entire projects completed. They helped me in making the decision of what I wanted and their service was prompt- No long waits ,like some of the competitors. I highly recommend this business as your go to for your vehicle amenities. I'm already returning for a hitch install

The men at this he-man heaven of all things testosterone are polite, respectful, and accommodating. Pretty sure you could drive up in the Flintstone mobile and they would work as seriously to meet your wants/needs as if you drove for NASCAR.

I need information on what topper would work best for my truck??? I left with all questions answered!!! 5☆'s !!!

Awesome place to have professional work done on your vehicle. I have had this shop do multiple add ons and equipment upgrades to various vehicles. Staff is polite knowledgeable about their products. They are not pushy by any means aswell. I would recommend this location to anyone needing vehicle add-ons.

I have always had great service, car alarms, remote starter, even a new stereo. Always a pleasure to do business with.

Needed to submit a warranty for a tonneau cover. I appreciate them submitting warranty claim. But I don't appreciate is no offer to install it. Kind of left my wife holding the bag. Don't know if this reflects on them or the make of the tonneau cover. But an offer to install it would have been nice. We did have it originally installed in NE.

John and his staff are bar none! Prices are very fair. Work is exceptional. Clearly customer service is top priority. Work is scheduled at your convenience, great job on anything they install and ensure total satisfaction. Highly recommend them!

Autotrim is one of those old school places that wants to take care of you as a customer. They know repeated business and word of in mouth reputation is worth it. If there is a problem they will make it right. They do top notch quality work and John is great to work with. I will keep coming to them as long as I need things done and they're open. A great local business.

Not just any Bug!
So, we have a lot of businesses that do "Custom work" to your Auto but ATD has the complete package with a pleasant and helpful staff and a bright and comfortable atmosphere to walk into. I had stopped in a couple of months ago looking for something that they did not produce. Dennis, who is guy who you trust with the exterior of your car, was more than happy to offer me an option. He said if I could get what I wanted somewhere else, he would put it on. I had been looking for a special graphic for awhile, it was one I knew didn't exist. I finally found what I had been looking for and took it over to see if what they said held true. Dennis, worked on my car today and I have never been happier. From the store staff to the young man, Ramon, who picked me up to get my car when it was done, made this a great experience. The cost to have my car my way and put on correctly was fair, maybe a little low I think. They do have and can produce most of what you want and if not they will make sure you can get it on. If you want your car to reflect your inner person, trust it to Auto Trim Design. Thanks guys!

Terrible customer service, from the General Manger himself. I walked in, had a few questions, he helped me out until another couple walked in. In the middle of me asking another question he stuck out his hand to shake, told me his name, and said to call if I needed anything else as he walked away to help the other customers. Won't be going back.

I had remote start installed earlier this year-extremely quick service! They picked up my car and dropped it back off before I was even done with work. No issues.

AMAZING Experience. We were traveling from Michigan to Glacier National Park and had a malfunction with trailer lights. Everywhere else was going to take 2 days, but these guys squeezed us in the same day, fixed it, and charged us way below what I thought was fair. They could have easily gouged us, knowing we were out of state and trying to get to our vacation. But they didn't and they saved our vacation.

Stop by Auto trim design August 16th 2019 to see if they had a rubber seal for the end gate on my Chevrolet Silverado pickup that I had damaged and they did and the gentleman that help me did an excellent job of customer service and I was going to pay him for the rubber seal and he gave it to me and he didn't need to do that as I damaged it. Anyway I needed another part and he took my name and everything and was going to get back to me but I've always appreciated over the many years that I've had add-ons with accessories through City motors on my vehicles by Auto trim design in the job they've done but they've always had excellent customer service and you just don't find that this day and age in the businesses out there but they're one of the established older businesses and I hope they keep their personal up that they got and keep hiring the way they are doing there hiring as they have a very courteous staff. I think I've seen this gentleman before. But they're doing what it takes to grow a business let alone maintain their business but they're doing what it takes to get repeat business. I will continue to always go to this business and have accessories put on my vehicles as they do a quality job. Hats off to that gentleman and their staff.

May 2022 Update: Back again with my husband's new car needing tinting. Took a little less time to get it done, also gave us a $25 discount since we were out of town.. They have a new guy doing the tint install,, he did a great job. Staff was friendly and helpful. The store still offers a neat variety.

Really neat store, staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband had his windows tinted on his car, they did a pretty good job. It took almost 4 hours, but we made due while enjoying a wonderful sunny day. It did seem a bit out of the way for location, but was happy on how close the new Wal-Mart is.

We do a large amount of business with Auto Trim Design. They are friendly and professional and always do a top notch job!

BEYOND IMPRESSED! I had a short time line, and very specific requests for my autostart on my beloved KIA. The staff was friendly and efficient, and was able to set me up an appointment within the week. I found that the price of the certain autostart I wanted + installation was $180 dollars cheaper than anywhere else in Great Falls or surrounding areas. I gave them my specific requests; and Austin (the installer) was able to fulfill ALL of them. Couldn't recommend this wonderful, friendly, competent company enough. Thanks Auto Trim!!
