I would give 0 if I could after being lied on about denying wanting a diagnosis of what was wrong with my car knowing it was the motor. I sat there for 3 hrs and was told they could not fix it and never asked if I would pay a fee that has zero amount due. Now why would you fix the pistol ring knowing the motor still clacking and I mean real loud! Don’t like on me, please. That’s the worst thing you can do to me because I’m a protect me by any means necessary.

The car has been sitting there since Monday and will continue to until fixed or called to be picked up as a repossession. I’ve been harassed about a review…here y’all go. I really wanted to give y’all the benefit of the doubt especially since my last cars have been KIA.

I’m highly disappointed.

They had everything ready for me to sign when I arrived with no hassle. The exact price I was looking for. Showed me how to work the entire car and set up all my settings for me and taught me how to use everything in under and hour and half with a brand new car. Very easy working with this team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Car Buying Experience!

I’ve been dreaming of owning a van ever since I had my twins, but being upside down in my Ford made it seem impossible—until now! After finally deciding it was time to make a change, I spent the last few weeks test driving different options and thought I had my heart set on a Chrysler Pacifica.

Yesterday, I set out to test drive a specific Pacifica, but it wasn’t on the lot yet. With the kids in tow and a truly amazing support person helping out, we decided to hit a few other dealerships. That’s when we spotted her—a brand-new 2025 Kia Carnival Hybrid—and it was love at first sight! After the test drive, I knew this was the one. Of course, then came the hard part… the numbers.

But I was absolutely blown away by how hard the sales team worked for me. Richard Duley went above and beyond to make it happen—fighting on my behalf, making sure the deal worked in my favor, and walking me through every step of the process. Staff was friendly. They did a good job. The only issue I have is the next day my check engine lights on and I don't know if it has anything to do with what they sprayed on my linexs and stuff. It was Saturday, so I couldn't call them. And I'm at a conference this week for a few days and Jeff City so I can't really bring it in then either. We had one issue they said was a fluke about 8 months ago and I'm worried that I have a lemon

They finally fixed my car after 3 months. After phone call and going down and waiting two months after that. They finally contact me about seeing if my car had been fixed by somebody else even though they had ordered all the parts they needed to fix my car. They said the guy that was in charge wasn't there anymore however the dude I talked to you was the same guy that I talk to the first time. My advice just go somewhere else you'll get it done faster and not so much waiting. That's why I bought my car from somebody else cuz I wanted to talk to them about a Kia never got a phone call back. Very poor service department. But I will say once they got it going they did fix my car just took a lifetime for someone who needs a car.

I was driving from St. Louis to Memphis when my check engine light came on and the car was decelerating. I went to the Service center and Dean came out, got my information about the car, took in in immediately to check it out.
He came out and talked to me with the bad/good news. He could fix it, but it would take 2 .5 hours.
It only took an hour and a half. We were back on the road and got my 88 year old uncle back home.
Dean went out of his way to take care of a stressful situation. In fact two other salesmen were also friendly and offered to order lunch if we needed it.
Thanks to Dean again! He made my day.

Car buying can be a painful experience. At Kia it was a breeze. Terry was amazing and listened to what I was wanting (as vague as I was) and was able to find me the PERFECT SUV. I never felt pressured. Bryce explained all our options and financing to make sure we understood and felt comfortable with the purchase. Everyone took phenomenal care of us. Terry was amazing and helped us so much! I desperately needed a mom vehicle and I had my heart set on a Nissan Pathfinder that ended up being on hold and he showed us the Kia Carnival and it is everything a mom needs! He also helped my fiancé find the perfect truck he needed so we ended up getting two new vehicles that day! He answered all of our questions and was so nice and helpful during the process! This ripoff of a dealership sells an extended warranty that uses USED PARTS to fix vehicles. Not remanufactured, but USED. They sold my wife a Honda CRV and the transmission didn’t make it 30,000 miles. I’ve paid thousands into this warranty program, just to find out they are going to put a USED transmission in my wife’s car. What a ripoff.

It took 4 hours to replace a part, then when I left it took two blocks for check engine light to come back on. The it took another two hours to fix it. I was not happy!

Oil change and tire rotation done.
Inquired about installing puddle lights. Tech said he lived near me and would do for less. He cracked my windshield but claims he didn't. I checked for new reminder sticker and there was not one. After he installed lights pulled car in garage. Next day in the light I noticed crack. Glass is started from inside so not a rock chip.
