Matt was fantastic! He definitely made us feel that our roof repairs were more than "just a job" meaning that he took care to make sure we understood exactly what work was being done and he was on site each day to follow up. Any concerns were immediately addressed and always met our satisfaction. Clean-up after the job was terrific; Matt even came by himself to conduct a second sweep for nails. Atlas Restoration was a great to work with and would recommend them for any roofing/gutter issue!

Matthew R, and Nick Forsell were both a pleasure to work with! After we received softball sized hail damage to our roof, we had over 1,000 puncture spots and leaks all throughout our building. Atlas restoration was really quick to come up with the best solution that best fit our needs in a very quick manner as time was of the essence in our situation. After inspecting our roof they immediately started to patch the bigger puncture areas because we were expecting more rain that evening. We are very impressed with the professionalism, quick service, and customer service that they provided! I am not going to lie I was a little skeptical at first because when I looked them up they were from Dallas, but they have planted roots and now have a business office here in BRYAN TX! I would recommend them 100% for all your construction or roofing needs!!

I whole-heartedly recommend Atlas Restoration for your commercial and residential roofing projects! If you want a reliable, trustworthy contractor who performs quality work and does not require babysitting, hire Atlas. As President of our HOA, I recommended Atlas when a hail storm came through and damaged roofs on all 57 of our townhouse units. It was one of my best decisions as a Board member because without Atlas, we never would have made it through the insurance claims process successfully. Through this experience, I learned that hiring a contractor who understands the insurance claim process is every bit as important as hiring a contractor who knows how to put on a new roof. In addition to the insurance claim aspects of the project, Atlas crushed it when it came to the roofing job itself. They do not just slap on a new cheap roof and call it done but, instead, they do the job right so it lasts. Atlas tore the roofs down to the original plywood sub-roofs and used top quality materials. They completed our job in six days which minimized inconvenience to residents. It was a joy to work with Nick, Josh, and the Atlas crew!

Nick recently did a commercial educational course for local contractors majority being competitors like myself. He’s a very good resource and is one of the few that are definitely in this industry for the right reasons!

I would not recommend. They were hired to coordinate hail / wind damage to roof. They got quote from insurance company and said they could complete work with no out of pocket. Got me to file a second claim for items missed. Said they would complete with little out of pocket. Filed a third adjustment for coordination and contracting of all issues (they called this overhead and profit). They completed the roof in one day but had quality issues. They completely destroyed my gutters that were to be replaced anyway. They dented my AC unit and dumped shingles all over shrubs. They were supposed to have protective measures to keep this from happening. Left many nails on the ground that I am still picking up. I took pics to show the extent of the poor quality. While they were waiting on the final check from the insurance company they talked to me about scheduling the other repairs but did not do anything. They did this several times making me believe they would do the work they promised. Each time I asked they had a sketchy reason for not showing up to complete the work. When the final check came (3 months later) they demanded payment and refused to complete the additional work. An additional 17K of funds were added after the initial claim. I only got the roof and gutters completed (done poorly). Had to contact them multiple times to fix. Sales guy was nice but misrepresented almost everything. Owner joined two of the calls and did not care about what was going on only the money.

I still have thousands of dollars of work to be done on my own dime.

I would not use this company for any reason.

Needed roof repair after storm. What was nice was they ceiled a hole when bidding because rain was in the forecast. They simply made sure not water damage would be incurred due to the hole. They were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Very fair price as well. Will use again for sure.

Good people and great service. They donated a roof for my son's cubscout pack's shed. They have also helped several of my friends. I know who I will use when it's time for a roof or any projects that may come up.

From start to finish a great group of ppl from phone calls to texts very knowledgeable and respectful. They have my buisness in the future for sure. Thx Clansy and Jason for making a bad experience a good one.

They were available any day of the week and even had time to meet after hours due to my work schedule. Very professional, dependable, and “down to earth” people that get the job done.
