From the very first phone call, then meeting, and subsequent build of our new home, this has been a completely smooth and painless process. Many thanks to Andre, Calvin and the whole team/family at ATA Construction.
We were involved with so many aspects of the design and build of the house, yet Andre, Calvin and the engineers took care of all the proper permits and requirements of the various town boards.
My wife and I are truly grateful for all of their efforts.
Even the the site workers were pleasant, easy to talk to and ask any questions about the progress along the way.
It was exciting to see our retirement home go from a musty old camp to a beautiful lake house that we are proud to have built by ATA and now enjoy living in.

My wife and I can’t say enough good things about ATA Construction. If you’ve ever had a bad experience with a contractor, these folks will restore your faith in the profession. They did a major renovation project for us – complete kitchen and master bath redos, LVP flooring throughout first floor, large picture window installation, wood burning fireplace and chimney installation, A/C throughout, deck, painting inside and out, and more. From the top of the management chain to the every-day workers and subcontractors, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, diligent, and good-humored. Cost and time estimates were accurate, even while dealing with the supply chain challenges at the time. They always took the time to involve us in choices that needed to be made in the course of the work, were patient with our many questions, and were great at making suggestions to help us sort out the many material and design decisions along the way. We were living in our home during the work, and while that was of course a disruptive experience, everyone went out of their way to respect our privacy, and keep us well informed ahead of time when they would be doing things that might be especially noisy or disruptive. And last but not least, as a few minor problems came up after the work was completed, they have been very quick to respond and address any issues. We’re very happy with every aspect of how the project turned out, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

In November 2020, we hired ATA Construction to build the modern farmhouse of our dreams. ATA, along with all the contractors involved, were highly meticulous and produced work of the highest caliber. The craftsmanship was amazing and high-quality products and materials were used throughout. They effortlessly coordinated all the builders and subcontractors, minimizing any downtime and completing the project within the tight deadline set. We also valued the fact that Andre, along with the project manager and site manager, always included us in the decision-making process and offered suggestions and invaluable insights at pivotal points in the process. We are overjoyed with the results that ATA Construction achieved in realizing our vision and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone setting out to build their own custom dream home.
