DC and Ryan did a very quick job on our kitchen sink cutoff valve replacement. Their assessment was very speedy and the actual work went much faster than I expected. Included a quality tubing replacement for my refrigerator supply line which had failed. Very courteous and professional men that value time and quality. Our Tech Kai did an outstanding job getting our Air Con back up and running. His superior problem solving and Can Do attitude are very refreshing to witness. A T Klemins as always knows how to pick em. This Customer calls them for virtually all our contractor needs. Service date 2 Aug 2024 2pm.

While this company could not complete a project for me due to liability reasons, John spent lots of time on the phone with me explaining my options. So impressed with the customer service and willingness to help despite not making a dime off me.

Let me start off by saying that each professional I have encountered at AT Klemens starting with Keri at the front office who is a total sweatheart to John giving honest, realistic bids and reseasonble repair times, despite hectic schedules. I would specifically like to highlight one member of your team at AT Klemens, one of whom I know to be such a fantastic mentor and I hope one that is cherished for many years to come, I truly hope my son can learn from a man like Dave someday. Dave came into my home to look at a few plumbing repairs. My husband and I recently bought a home which needed alot of repairs, while the home needs updating in many areas the plumbling repairs were rather minor compared to the updates we've had to tackle so far, but to me these repairs meant the world. Dave looked in the master bathroom and first moved my bathroom rug out of harms way, LOL which he says he makes sure all his apprentices learning from him do the same which I really appreciated and it's stuff like that that means alot to homeowners when you're letting people into rather intimate parts of your home. He is respectful of your space while giving solid advice on repairs for your home. I wasn't expecting to get the work completed that day as Dave was there to give a bid. Not only did Dave fix the horrible leaky sink, he fixed the shower so it's fully functional while we budget and schedule to have the shower replaced. He took it upon himself to just get the job done, not only did he do a fantastic job on the repairs but he used his years of expertise to coach and mentor in the right direction which is needed these days. In the age where AI is taking over most American jobs, Dave is an example of a hard working true American patriot that goes above and beyond on a day to day basis helping out everyday hard working people. His knowledge and years of expertise are so appreciated and he can't begin to know just how much of difference he actually made in our home. So thanks so much Dave. I hope many people continue to learn from you. As someone that has worked on many teams you are such an asset and one that deserves many accolades. Thanks for taking care of us. If you need a plumber you'd be lucky to have Dave in your home. Every team member I have encountered so far has been great, but if you find yourself in need of a plumber hands down Dave is simply the best.

John DeVoss, our trusted estimator with integrity, promptly provided a detailed, written proposal and expertly answered our questions. Scheduling went smoothly and our two amazing technicians, Tony and Colton, arrived promptly for the installation appointment. They, both, were not only respective of us but also our property. They worked together, well, as a team and were knowledgeable of the mechanical installation and efficiently explained the function and operation of the new equipment. I had just bought a house and needed my water heater replaced. John called me back right away. Made an appointment and got my new one installed the next week! Great service, great work and great prices! I will use them again for sure.

If you want a company to ruin your home, hire ATKlemens. I come home and water is everywhere from poor venting installation with my roof leaking and I was told I would have to live with the leakage. My stove vent was ruined and water was coming out of my buttons on it. John's answer was, caulking bad. No for years my venting from my furnace was not installed properly and heat loss in my attic cause irrepairable damage and their "fixing the problem" still has the same problem. John DeVoss will not be accountable for years of poor installation and has a miriad of excuses non of which is their fault. Mold, wood damage and extensive repairs needed after their "disservice." A nightmare. I would never recommend them ever again.

When does Your AC quit?? When it is 104 , Our Office showroom AC was Inoperative , suddenly and the area was unbearable. I contacted Keri at AT Klemens, and by Fate, her Repair crew was near my shop and available, they stopped and spent some time figuring out the problem and went above and beyond to correct it. There is more in depth repair needed in the Future but instead of just saying you need a new AC Unit they said we got it working /limping along for you !!! They were on time for not just 1 but all 3 appointments. The first guy did a great job explaining what was wrong with our AC and next steps. I was also impressed when John came out to give us the bid. He gave his honest recommendations,l and explained what they’d be doing. The other 2 guys just left from replacing our condenser and a few other jobs - everything looks put together nicely and cleaned up after. Will definitely recommend AT Klemens and be using them for all our future needs!

I called on Friday . They came to examine the problem on Monday exactly at the stated time. The repair person was here exactly on time on Tuesday morning and the issue resolved in less than 2 hours. I very much appreciate the timely courteous service especially since the temperature dropped over 20 degrees while he was here and he was working outside.

I have used AT Klemens for plumbing on several occasions, but used them for an AC repair recently. They were called and had technicians here within a couple of hours. They were so professional and fixed the issue immediately. I may have been lucky they had the parts, but they understand in these temperatures (90 - 100) these calls are important. Thanks AT Klemens, we are cooling off!!!!!!!

Before I found AT Klemens I contacted several other companies and was left disappointed when they didn't show up for their appointment or never provided a quote after showing up. When I contacted AT Klemens they showed up on time, provided a reasonable quote and executed the job quickly. I've had them out to install a boiler heater, gas pipe for a stove and troubleshoot my HVAC. AT Klemens is my only call for any future work.

I booked a cracked spigot repair with them. They receptionist was really nice, I think her name was Kerry. The technician Dave came out to fix the issue, he was a really nice guy with a bright smile. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because he forgot to tighten the packing nut and the spigot keep leaking.
Other than that, I would use them again.

We had a split spigot water line that partially flooded a basement bedroom. I was very concerned that the flooding was continuing. I knew these guys had great reviews but didn't know if they could help me at 9:30 pm. We called and they set us up with a tech immediately. Gene showed up promptly and verified that it was the spigot and that flooding was not ongoing. They set us up for a tech in the morning to come fix it. Dave was also here promptly and fixed the problem quickly. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and care of their technicians. Thanks so much! Your stellar reviews are well earned!

The night before thanksgiving and our furnace died. Aron was proffesional, nice and knowledgeable. He got the job done quickly will recommend them to everyone I know.

AT Klemens installed a new water heater for us. They were fast knowledgeable, and not so terribly expensive. We have full confidence and trust in them.

A plumber is always going to cost but AT Klemens was very fair. We're very happy and would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend them. I had Justin come out and help me troubleshoot electrical in my house and he was very thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing. Was able to show up early and was easy to talk to and professional the whole time. I won’t use another company after them!

Service was great and during Feb when it was so cold thet got our furnace running temporarily and were able to install a new furnace the next day. Very fair on there charges.

I have used A T Klemens for over 5 years, our RTU is old and needs regular repair several times a year. Their response time has been fast and customer service is always courteous.

Great service! They arrived and promptly worked on our two gas fireplaces ensuring everything was in great shape prior to leaving. We had Northern heating and cooling do some work on them last year and found the work to be shoddy. The gentleman we had put extra effort into everything he did and it was greatly appreciated. Only thing I would suggest is to provide a heads up from the front office if your technicians are running late. Still 5 star service besides the suggestion!

Highly recommend AT Klemens. I had an emergency with my main water pipe breaking at my business and they were prompt and the gentleman that came to fix the pipe was very nice and worked hard to fix our issue.
