Zello Roofing did a great job on my new roof. Had it stripped and new roof in 2 days and cleaned yard and hauled away debris.

Dallas was awesome to work with! He was very thorough with his explanation about the products and procedures. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Dallas stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process, making sure we were happy and satisfied.

I just purchased a home and I'm working my way throuh the inspector's to-do list. I was in need of vent stack boots and a gutter assessment and went online to research some area businesses. Based on past reviews and the BBB, I settled on Ask Zello Roofing, and I'm so glad I did!

Tim and his crew leader BOTH responded to my inquiry right away and came out the next day. I was immediately impressed with Tim's knowledge, professional demeanor, and kindness, which matters more than we realize sometimes. He didn't try to sell me new gutters. His crew cleaned them, repositioned one, and sealed the seams. He didn't try to sell me a new roof. His crew removed the satellite dish left behind by previous owners, patched the spot and dealt with the other areas that needed attention. He addressed my initial concerns with speed and precision.

Tim also patiently answered all our questions about other issues around our exterior we wanted to have addressed, and pointed out things on the inspection list that they could fix.
The crew is so well-rounded and capable, and are such hard workers! We ended up using them for all the necessary roof repairs, gutter guard installation, deck stabilizing and refinishing, siding and decorative stonework repair, landscaping (my back yard was a wreck!), and exterior trim and door painting. It was so wonderful to have all this addressed by one company in about 2 weeks (would have been faster if not for weather interruptions!)

A pipe burst in our powder room! We called Luke Zello- they were out with in an hour to assess the situation and fix the valve! So we can now turn our water back on while all the other water damage is being fixed. Tim was very professional and friendly!

We needed a siding on the house replaced and they came out the next day and quickly fixed it. You can even tell a repair was ever done. The workers were friendly and down to earth and I will definitely be calling them again if I need something done.

Dallas Berry came out, giving an ample heads up before arriving exactly on time! My insurance company mentioned "10% lifting" on my 5 year old roof in great condition. Dallas inspected and verified the age and agreed it was less than 2% lifting at most - and FOR FREE wrote me a receipt to use with the insurance company.

Things got off to a slow start. It was almost a week before my initial voice mail was returned. After that, things moved fast. They looked at my driveway culvert and gave me a fair estimate. Once the contract was agreed on and the deposit made, they were out two days later. They got the job done in less than one business day and kept in contact with me throughout the process. The job looks great, too. I would recommend them for your project.

I had some brick steps that were breaking apart because of old grout. We contacted Luke Zello and within 5 days they had contractors onsite and a completed project. Highly recommended!

I needed to get my roof replaced and got several estimates from different roofers that were recommended to me. Although Ask Luke Zello was not the least expensive, they gave me a comprehensive explanation of what they were offering so I knew exactly what I was getting. They explained things thoroughly. In addition the product they offered was rated highly via the research I did online. They showed up on time and when they finished you would have never known they were there other than the new roof. They even checked to make sure no nails were left in the driveway several times. I definitely would recommend them to anyone! Also, check out their warranty for the roof. Beat all other warranties offered!)

I have avoided getting my roof replaced because I feared the process and the price. How wrong I was. From the courtesy and professionalism of Dallas, the gentleman who came and gave me the quote, to the fantastic crew who came and did the job, to Dallas and Tim following up to make sure I was satisfied I wish I had called them earlier. We had “ask zello roofing” finish our basement and man it turned out so great. All of our communication was with Dallas and his son, who oversaw the entire project and their communication was outstanding. They were available to answer all questions day & night. These guys really can do it all and we’ll definitely be using them for any future projects. The work was top quality and they were very quick with all of the required permitting and the work as well. We couldn’t be happier with how our basement turned out.

Deff recommend!!!! From the beginning to the end, Dallas was quick to come out and do a free estimate of how much it would cost to finish our basement, there were a few cracks in foundation that were a concern so he was able to get Tim out literally like the next day got us a quote on that. The services were able to get scheduled that next day for basement foundation repair. Then our basement was able to be started the whole process was over in a blink of an eye and working with Dallas was nothing short of amazing he’s very helpful. As well as patient when it came to our flooring seemed like everything we liked wasn’t available etc ( not at fault of them) but he went above and beyond to get samples of things I may like and even brought them to my job so I can see. Anything I had a concern about he was able to answer with full reasoning behind it. It was nice to be able to do business with people just like us families making a living, I met his wife and daughter on a Few occasions which were also so nice and pleasant. Fully recommend. Oh also Luke is awesome too he’s super quick to come out and give quotes on things he quoted my gutter cleaning and scheduled it a few days out ended up calling the next day saying “ is it ok if we do it today I want to get it done before the rain so the water is overflowing again towards your basement” very thoughtful and hardworking young man.

I’m not sure if I can find the words to express how thoroughly impressed I am, from quoting to completion, with Ask Luke Zello and crew. I know that may sound cliché, but I mean it!

Dallas was always available to answer questions and give recommendations and opinions, and kept in frequent contact when things were scheduled. A minor delay at the home ahead of ours was communicated quickly, with a realistic and honest plan for when the crew would be at our home. And they followed through, exactly as they said they would.

The crew showed up and worked like absolute machines, and had a meticulous eye for clean up. The only time I saw them stop was for lunch. I had some wind damage and wanted to get the roof replaced before winter.
1. I was able to get a review of the service and GAF roof products and the estimate within 2-days of requesting. Another roofer would have been 6-weeks just for the estimate.
2. Once the contract was signed, the local supplier did not have the shingles we wanted. Dallas worked throughout the day to find a supplier on the east coast that had and would ship them.
3. The crew was prompt, professional and completed the project in 1-day (approx 24-square). They took plenty of time after the job to ensure a thorough clean-up was completed.
4. I also had gutter guards on the house and they removed/reinstalled and made the necessary adjustments.
Excellent job and highly recommended.

Lake of the Woods is running some sort of scam on its residence by enforcing a (nonexistent)rule about storm water management. They are making residents selling their home replace culverts that they indiscriminately decide is not up to their standards. It’s garbage and not in the HOA regulations, but they force your hand because it could affect the sale of your home unless you comply.

That being said, Tim with Ask Luke Zello was quick, responsive and also the most affordable by a few thousand $$$. If Lake of the Woods screws you too, at least Luke Zello is affordable, quick and quality work.

My experience with Ask Luke Zello was excellent! I had storm damage to my roof and sent a message to inquire on their Facebook page. Tim (the owner) was very responsive and came over to give an estimate on that same day. He was very helpful to answer all my questions while navigating the process of dealing with my insurance company. When it came time to do the install, the team was quick and finished in under 2 days. Top quality work and you can’t beat the price!
