Fantastic experience, would definitely recommend! Not only did Ashco quote us a more reasonable price as compared to three other companies, they provide a more superior product with a better warranty that is also transferable which is a big deal with how insurance companies are operating these days... The crew did a phenomenal job, they had the tear off and replacement complete in one day, came back the second day to finish up a small area. The following week the gutter crew came and replaced all the gutters in a day and they look great. No damage to anything and that includes landscaping and flowers, they lay out tarps and are extra careful to avoid dropping heavy materials on plants. They clean as they go and nearly leave no trace of work whatsoever, we did find a handful of nails around the property but that is to be expected especially with as much gravel as we have. Mike was great to work with, very responsive and attentive to all our questions. Thank you again so much!

I’ve had Ashco do two roofing jobs (replaced a membrane roof, fixed a join between my roof and awning, and removing a chimney) for me in the last year. Each time they’ve been incredibly responsive in their bids and estimates, no matter the size of the job. The work is consistent and high quality. My favorite thing they do is take pictures of the work before, during, and after so I’m able to validate the work done. I would absolutely recommend them to others and I’ll continue to give them my business. Mike is a terrific owner is great to work with! Carissa is also super awesome. All around a great team!

I called Ascho Roofing for a bid ending up using them. They came on time was efficient and left my yard debris free when they were done. I was happy with the end product and the way my finished roof looked. I would recommend them to someone looking to have their roof replaced.

Excellent! I called and described a small leak issue that my handyman and another GC had attempted to fix. It required an intervention! The phone quote from AshCo was spot on. I provided some pics. The tech came over next day, assessed and planned supplies. Job completed on time. At the quoted amount. No more leak. Outstanding! Highly recommend!

My house needed kickout flashing in one particular spot. It should have been installed when the roof was replaced a few years back, but it wasn't, and water would run off the roof and go behind the siding, instead of into the gutter. I called Ashco Roofing Experts, and they promptly fixed the problem. They even came out on a Saturday to get the job done. Were I to have a roofing issue in the future, I would call Ashco again.

Really good experience. They responded quickly to my inquiry and were out for an estimate the next day. Great explanation of what they would be doing as well as the warranties that came with the roof. I really didn’t have to worry about anything. Super great experience. Thanks!

Ashco did a great job on our roof. We got several quotes and they were one of the cheapest options that we felt confident were following all the building codes, and they happened to be running a promo at the time that made them an even better deal (the cheapest of all the roofers we felt like we could trust to do the job right). They explained what they were doing very well and gave us lots of resources so that we could make decisions about what materials we wanted to use and why. They worked with us and allowed us to make decisions instead of just telling us what to do and answered all of our many questions. They have great warranties compared to other companies. And they clean up well, for the most part. They did leave one big nail behind that I discovered later in my shoe, but besides that and the new roof there was no evidence that they had been here once they were done. Given the experience as a whole, I would definitely use them again.

Giving my honest review. Ascho did a great job. The roof looks amazing. They cleaned the place up well, and finished in a timely manner. My only gripe is on the final inspection they missed a few shingles that were not sitting flat, and they had left one boot off of a vent. I spoke with mike about the issue and he sent his guy right out and corrected the problem. Thank you Mike. I am very pleased. With the minor issues i had, i would not hesitate to hire Ascho Roofing

They introduced us to Malarkey shingles. Our research confirmed that not only was Ashco a great companies but their turning us on to Malarkey was so timely. Ashco came through with flying colors. When they ran out of shingles, the crew went out of their way to get matching shingles on THAT DAY. Then they came back when they found that not all the nails had been picked up. AND when a HUGE wind storm blew off a few shingles 4 weeks later, they got back here to get those on.

The team did a great job for me on my roof replacement. They were fast, efficient, and courteous. Very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing the job done quick AND right.

Had great service with Ashco Roofing. They came & gave a quote the same day that I contacted them and were available to do the roof within a couple days of us accepting the offer. The work was completed in only one day. Their communication was good. When there was a question on the completed cost, they replied & corrected it quickly.

Chad and Mike were extremely helpful and showed a lot of ingenuity on a project that included a standard shingle roof and a flat decking renovation over a finished garage space that had been leaking for 20 years. This project was bid by 4 or 5 other contractors/roofers over the past several years and Ashco was the only company that even proposed a viable solution. We are lucky to have found Ashco to take on this project and we would highly recommend their work (especially if you have a very leaky deck over your garage)!

Stopped by Ashco Roofing booth at the Home Show. Salesman was very good at explaining options available for a new roof and gutters for my home. Scheduling install was quick. Good communication with back office personnel.

I received great service and respect from Ashco Roofing. They explained everything they were doing, and took the time to make sure I understood. They did the job in a timely matter and did a professional job.

I'm not an expert but it looks like they did a great job to me. I believe they gave me a fair/normal price. They finished my small 1200 sq. ft. roof in less than two days. They use high quality Malarkey shingles (highlander, vista, or legacy). They cleaned up afterword. They charge half up front and half after completion which is probably standard. They allowed me to pay with visa. They have friendly office staff who will text and/or email if you prefer.

We are so happy with our new roof. The crew was so efficient and respectful and the whole process was so quick and easy and looks incredible. They cleaned up so well and truly knew what they were doing. We had lots of issues with our previous roof that they took care of and it gives us so much comfort knowing it was done right this time. Really great owner and crew. Mike, went above and beyond to help with everything from bid to shingle selection and all our questions and concerns. Highly recommend Ashco roofing.

We are very satisfied with the results! I reached out to them, in a panic for a leaking roof during some rain and snow stormes. We received our estimate the same day, and had someone out the next day to look at the roof and verify numbers. Once we made our deposit payment they sent people out to drop off the supplies and the next day we had our new roof! The installation was done quick and efficient and they cleaned up well. We would highly recommend theses guys to anyone needing a new roof, or roof repairs.

Mike at ASHCO was very helpful in getting a new roof on my property. The project was completed in a week from the time I contacted them for an estimate. The final price matched the estimate. Snow delayed the reroofing and some residue from removing the old tar and gravel roof remained after installing the new shingle roof. ASHCO checked back to see if I was fully satisfied. They sent a clean up crew to take care of the remaining tar and gravel on the ground. Overall I would recommend ASHCO roofing for your roof replacement.

Ashco was responsive. The price was good and so far the problems have been solved. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work. A little messy, there were roofing nails and supplies that we had to clean up during and after the job. It was difficult getting companies to follow through since it was such a "small job". I had some minor work done on to solve some water leaking behind the gutters, ice dams, and water that was running down the stucco siding.

Very pleased with my new roof! Pricing is very competitive. Quality and timing were spot on. Mike and Chad both went above and beyond to make sure work was accomplished correctly and in a timely manner. I would recommend Ashco Roofing to anyone in the market for a new roof!

Was happy with the service from Ashco Roofing. Kap did a great job tarping the roof and will be using them again in the spring for a roof replacement. They were fast, efficient and reasonably priced

This company is fantastic. I had gone through my HOA to get a company to come look at my roof. The next day, I got a phone call from a sales rep, and within another day, I had a roofer come out to take a look. And within a week, my roof was fixed. The roofer is amazing and works quickly—he cares about his work and goes above and beyond! Would recommend this company highly. They have done business all over the state (I live in Salt Lake County).

Just finished my 9 unit roof replacement. This company is the real deal, they gave me a great price and they completed the job on time even faster then what the said. Amazing! Really recomended Ashco.

The good:
- Estimate was quick and accurate and slightly cheaper than two others we obtained.
- They were the best value for any sheeting that needed to be replaced (for what was included and for the price if additional was needed.), and the installation crew was judicious with our included allotment for decking replacement (they didn’t consume an entire sheet when only a partial sheet was needed). So, we didn’t have to pay for any extra sheeting.
- Was the only one of three contractors able to meet our very short timeline.
- Quality of work and material appears to be very good.
- Mike answered all my questions and was good to work with.
- They finished the job by our deadline.
- They were willing to wait until we closed on the home sale to get their final payment. (Although I decided not to wait until then.)
- They will put the warranty in the name of our buyers (we’re selling the home) and are being patient/working with us because our original buyer backed out.
- They sent us a generous restaurant gift card as a thank you.

The not as good:
- They didn’t start on the established day. (Had us a little worried about finishing on time.)
- Cleanup was less than stellar. The wind blew pretty hard during roof tear off and scattered old tar paper and shingle fragments thru the yard. This was not all picked up by the crew and I picked it up for a couple weeks after they finished. There were lots of nails left in the driveway and grass/flowerbeds.
- They forgot to trim one of the edge shingles (the extra was dangling off the roof edge) and they left the satellite dish dangling over the edge of the roof.
To their credit, when I told them the problems, they sent someone back to trim the shingle, reinstall the satellite dish and go over the lawn with their magnet (again??).

Overall, I would do business with Ashco again. For me, the “not as good” items were only enough to shave off one star. (I would only shave off a half if that was possible. I’ve torn off a roof before and I know how hard it is to clean up thoroughly.)

I absolutely love Mike and this company! As a realtor I have referred him numerous times and he is so friendly and quick to get back to people. We used him for our roof this year and he worked so well with our insurance, it was an easy process:) his crew worked so hard and were really good with all of our dogs Brooke was great with communication throughout the process

I can't say enough good things about Ashco roofing. I have been reccomending them to all of my friends and family. The end results on our roof were beautiful. Their whole team from the sales person, to the owner, to the office were all so personable, responsive, responsible, HONEST, and skilled. Buying a new roof is a big, messy investment/project and they made it as smooth and stress-free as possible. They explained the whole proccess well and executed it as it was explained. Kind of renewed my faith in good business, good people, and skillful craftsmanship again.

Do yourself & your house a favour and DO NOT select this company for your roof. They will write up a pretty little bid and then when you go onto your roof you will find that what is up there is not what was on the bid. When you bring it to their attention they will say they do a good job and the owner, Mike, will fight you every step of the way saying you don't know anything about roofing, you're crazy and he doesn't care about you're $9200 bec he does $5 million dollars worth of roofs per year. He will talk down to you and be derogatory. He will not say he's sorry. He won't listen to you, or other professional roofers. He will not fix it, or evem acknowledge there is anything wrong with it. He doesn't pull a permit when it's required. (I called the city & there's none). And he does not know the code for a 2:7 pitched roof. He will cut corners on everything & then blame you!

In the end you're left with a roof that is not what you thought you were getting and that won't keep water out of your house. Save yourself this experience.

They were prompt from when I called inquirering about getting a bid to completing the job. They were professional, friendly, their price was competitive! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wishes to have a professional job with confidence it is done perfectly!!!

The employees are hard-working and very friendly, although there was a language barrier between us. It took them two and a half days to complete the job working in 90° temperatures during the day.They did a quality job which I am very satisfied with.

Shingle roof was installed. However they broke one attic ventilating fan and a furnace exhaust pipe's rain cover. These have been reported to them weeks ago, and repairs were promised for last week. These have not been fixed yet.

Edit: Repairs were done a week after the promised date. The attic ventilation fan started making loud banging and rattling noise three days later. It has now been almost two weeks since I reported this issue, and it's still not fixed.

Edit 2: Fix was promised two and half weeks ago, and two weeks ago I was told this would be fixed ASAP. Four days ago I was told someone would come and fix the issue the next day. Today when I called, they hung up after I mentioned my name.

Ashco Roofing helped me replace an old roof on a historic house in Ogden. Their quote was fair and Mike fit me into their busy schedule with little waiting around. It was a tricky job since the house was so old, but they handled it well and the roof now looks great! I'd recommend Ashco Roofing and would use them for other jobs in the future.

Let’s be honest- No one wants to spend thousands of dollars on replacing or fixing their roof. I have been putting it off for YEARS (my roof is well over 30 yrs old) however with recent wind & hail storms I knew I was really putting it off too long. I finally decided to look into replacing my roof so I submit requests to multiple companies for an estimate on an online app. First to respond and by far the most professional was Ashco. Everything was seamless. They pulled the size of my roof from satellite specs and had the quote and all details ready before even speaking to me. On my first call I had: the size of the roof, estimated cost, warranted/guarantee information and an email with the quote all within an hour. The gentleman helping me (I forgot his name) was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive to several of my questions and really walked me through what my expectations should be. The initial call & quote was all done on Sunday and by Friday I had my roof replaced. I didn’t have to wait for anyone to come out to my house survey the area and then days to get the quote, this was sooo efficient. In the end my final bill came and it was spot on with the quote, no surprise costs or fees. I rarely leave reviews but this was so painless and easy I just had to put it out there that everyone should really work with Ashco. This was an ideal experience for someone who’s been anxiously putting off a major home repair- thanks to the team for making it less daunting!

We discovered that our old swamp cooler had been leaking for years and our 20+ year old roof was shot, including some of the rotted plywood. Ashco gave us a great bid, which included turtle vents and wood replacement and higher quality shingles. They were done in a day or two, left everything clean. While no one ever Wants to replace a roof, Ashco is great to work with and has a great warrantee so we won't need to do this again for a very long time.

Honestly. Pretty perfect experience over all. I called them from Tennessee to roof my daughters house in Salt Lake ... they were prompt, professional, priced right, quality, and communication was great. They acted with integrity too.
