Farlow first arrived to our service area, he stated that he had fixed the front porch. However, he could not fix our carport because his helper did not arrive. He stated that he had fixed the front porch. However, he could not fix our carport because his helper did not arrive. Many days later he and his helper arrived. They said that they fixed the carport.. He assured us that he fixed the front porch and as well as the carport leaks. As soon as we experienced the next rain.a the same issues were still there and they were worse. When we inspected the roof shingles they were buckled. Mr Farlow came back and said that his helper forgot to nail down the shingles. We are still with the same problem and it is worse.
