TLDR: only cares about money once paid you will not see him again.
Carpentry work was decent . Plumbing work was a mess and still cost me money months later. I hope electrical work remains ok.
Took many shortcuts that cost more in the long run.
Has Absolutely Refused to warranty the work that was done incorrectly.
New drywall has holes in it and imperfections bathtub drain incorrectly installed.
the “work” that was done continues to cost me more money.
Immediately after the job Had to pay mason to replace a vent that was unnecessarily removed. Had to pay plumber to clear a line that was clogged by busting a pipe to stick an ac line in.
Recently had to replace that entire pipe to the tune of 800 dollars.
Bathtub that was installed still needs to have drain line correctly installed.
We spent a lot with this contractor and have had to continue to spend and will have to spend still more to have a usable bathtub.
Just avoid at all cost.
