I needed someone to clean my gutters when I noticed water seepage in my basement (I assumed this was the culprit). I contacted ARS and was later called by Rylan to set up an appt for a free estimate. He called a few days later to say he could come by the following day and, if I liked the estimate, he was prepared to do the job at that time.

It was 97 degrees today when he showed up but he came because of storm predictions for tomorrow. He completed the work in record time and took before and after pics to verify his work. He is a sweet, competent and professional young man. This was my first time using this company (and Rylan) but won’t be the last.

I have requested that he come back in the coming weeks to review and provide estimates for several other projects we want to do. I highly recommend this company and Rylan in particular!

ARS Construction just put a new roof on a house I sold in O'Fallon. The estimator and manager I worked with was excellent. He helped facilitate all things necessary between the home owner and insurance company. Once we got the official go ahead his team jumped on the job. The replacement was finished quickly and efficiently. They did a nice job cleaning up afterwards too. I'm happy and more importantly my clients are happy.

I attempted to demo and install a new roof on my garage. I quickly realized I could t do it myself. I reached out to ARS for an estimate. Kaleb came out and gave me the bid a few days later. He was easy to work with and quick to answer all my questions. His crew was out about a week and a half later to complete the job. My roof looks great!! I will definitely be calling them when the roof on my house needs replaced!!!

After a hailstorm I had a bad experience with my initial contractor to take care of all the repairs needed for my house. I contacted ARS and they stepped in mid-process and were able to facilitate all the work efficiently and with little interference on my part. They kept me in the loop while they worked with the insurance company. The house now looks brand new. I appreciated the way they stepped in and took over and kept things moving. I would definitely use them again.

We called ARS after our home sustained damage to our windows and roof due to high winds. I called on a Sunday morning and received a call within an hour from Joani. He met me at the house later that day and had a team at our house within 24hrs to board up our windows and tarp our roof, finishing in time to protect our home from another storm. Since we had to relocate to a hotel given the extent of the damage, Joani sent me photos of the finished work to keep us updated. It's been more than 6 wks since the ARS team boarded and tarped our home and it has held up through multiple storms.

We picked ARS because they install Malarkey shingles. ARS installed the Malarkey Legacy Black Oak shingles and they look really nice. Xavier from ARS worked with us to resolve a problem we had.

The owner called and asked if I could remove this post and attempted to make excuses about being a small family owned company, and not being 100% all the time as if my husband and I are not a small family company as well. We have properties all over and if we commit to being somewhere at a specific time as business owners, we very well have to do that, or communicate any mishaps Or unforeseen circumstances. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We originally scheduled an appointment for today between 8a-9:30a. The appointment was made last week. The guy called yesterday and asked if we could push it back because he was dealing with an emergency, I asked HIM what time would work best for him. He suggested the same day between 10:30a-11a and I said, “ok perfect.” My husband and I live in South County, but the property we wanted him to look at, was for our rental property in North County. We arrived to our rental by 10:22, and we sat there waiting the entire time. 11a comes, still nothing. So I call the guy and he picks up normal, I tell him my name and that we had an appointment time and asked if we were still good. He said “oh yeah, I’m running late. I’ll be there within 45 mins to an hour. Of course I cancelled because we’d already drove over half an hour to get to an appointment that HE rescheduled and picked. The most frustrating part was that he didn’t seem to care and that he wouldn’t have called to let us know he was running late. Completely wasted our time and gas!

Kaleb did an outstanding job of workingwith the insurance company to get the job completed. Even with all the storm damage in the area the were able to have everythingdone in a timely manner.

My sales person was Kaleb, great guy great energy great communication. Always replied quick, gave me all my options and for a great price. The work was done extremely fast and they didn’t interfere with my daily life at all. 10/10 I would definitely recommend this company if you are a home owner and want quality fair priced work

They were attentive to my needs when I called for the estimate. No hassel or delay and that was much appreciated.

Called on a Monday morning to get someone to come out to my house to check a roof leak. Kaleb returned my phone call within the hour and come to my house that night to check it out. Kaleb didn't find much damage but noticed a few troubled spots and some thing that should've been done different by a different contractor. Quoted me a price under what I expected and sent proposal over that night. Project was delayed due to April rain storms. Work was done the next week in a day and was sent a link with pictures. Noticed my new gutters previously installed were scratched from latter's, Kaleb came out on A Saturday addressed the issue which was quickly resolved within two days. Kaleb was informative, helpful and responsive through out the entire process. I would definitely recommend Kaleb and the team at ARS in the future.

ARS has been very professional and most efficient. My contact is Jody and he always keeps me up to date. After my home got hit by the March 14th Tornado my main issue is with my insurance company like most everybody else. Jody has to continually submit supplement reports in in order to continue the repairs on my home. The insurance company pays in increments when this should not be! The government needs to put a stop to this immediately. I mean I always pay my homeowners invoice on team so why should they be permitted to do this to us. ARS is a top graded company and I highly recommend them.

Kaleb and his guys went above and beyond to help me figure out my leaking window issues. They quoted me a fair price and started the job quickly. They also educated me, kept me in the loop and made sure we were satisfied with the completed work before final payment was sent. That is peace of mind for an out of state investor!! They come highly recommended from us!!!

Two nights ago, an ARS construction truck cut into my lane in front of a target and almost hit me. We both had our windows down and i asked the driver if he was cutting the lanes a little close, he then proceeded to say something to me about going too fast despite me being in my turning lane and him complete cutting into my lane.

I told the kid that he needed to watch it and stay in his lane and then he asks me if i want to fight and accusing me of road rage, despite him starting this whole interaction with his poor driving in a company vehicle and suggesting we fight.

I don't know who runs this company, but you should definitely inform your employees that aggressive and rude behavior in company vehicles is a bad business decision.

Great experience! Our insurance wasn’t great or helpful , but Chase, our project manager, was helpful and responsive throughout the process. We were able to get our roof replaced within a few weeks. This was impressive, given the storms and tornados in the area which they were likely working to prioritize homes with much more extensive damage. We still felt like a priority and would recommend ARS for their responsiveness, workmanship, reasonable replacement cost and lifetime warranty.

On line, I set up a time for a representative to come by and check out my gutter damage. Kaleb Mitchell arrived right on time, assessed what needed to be done, which included wood work under the gutter for one of my garage sides, and took measurements.
We then sat down and he gave me the price, which I thought was reasonable.
ARS has a 24 hour customer portal to keep up with current job status which is great.
Within two weeks, the teams came out and started the job and finished within hours. Excellent work and my and I say, Two Thumbs Up!!!

We have been hoping to replace our roof since we first built our home and haven’t had enough time to. This company was quick, polite, reliable, cleanly efficient and all things positive in their work. Even when we needed more supplies they finished our roof. The finishing looks beautiful! We had multiple holes in the wood and they replaced those at a reasonable price. Their pricing was extremely fit for what we required. The workers were friendly and got the job done in a day and 10 minutes the next day. They had to come back because they needed more supplies. There is a before and after photo. The payment was done after the job was completed and the owner was very communicative. We had charcoal 09 colored shingles and are very happy with the work that was done. They also cleaned our gutters without us asking them to, which was a sweet surprise!

They did a great job with my homes siding and gutters! It looks fantastic and the price was super reasonable.

I highly recommend using ARS Construction! Reason being is because of the prompt response, knowledge, communication skills, and curtesy of Kaleb Mitchell.
I had a pretty nice size chuck of siding that was blown off during strong winds. I sent him a picture of it. Kaleb had a couple of suggestions on how to fix my problem. After I ask several questions. We decided to go with plan A.
After initially proposal was signed, work was started and completed two days later.
Now that is what I call professional service!

So I just bought this house and took out the extra protection plan that supposed to cover anything for the first six months after buying it. So about 2 months in got a leak in roof. So called the insurance just to find out they on pay max $500 for leaks, called about 5 places explained my leak but was upfront about the $500, 2 places said they don't do jobs that small didn't here back from others. Tried ARS, got a call back within 15 min from Kaleb, told him the same i told the others, waited for we will call you back, or sorry job to small, Not this time he said he understands and would be happy to help me out would like to look at, it explained what the leak could be what he may have to do to fix it, said while he was there would look around and see anything else that could be a problem in the future. No other company didn't want to really even talk to me after I told them about the $500, He was super nice you don't find a company or a person like that very often these days, well turned out a friend of a friend helped me out so he was off the hook, but to even offer to still help me out to me says a lot for this company and people like Kaleb again don't find that much these days. Kaleb was awesome other companies should take notes.

I called ARS for a small repair job on my siding. ARS Came back with the most reasonable bid, and their follow up procedures are top notch! They will not just throw an estimate at you and leave, they actually follow up with you which is increasingly unheard of in this day and age. Highly recommended!

UPDATE:
Unfortunately I need to drop my review from 5 to 2 stars. While we were under the impression that ARS fixed our leak, several episodes of rain revealed that they had not. It is a tricky issue, I will admit, and they did return once to asses and caulked some nail pops they thought was part of the problem. However, there is still a leak and we have struggled to get them to come back out and reassess. We have just decided to move on. If you have a straightforward roof replacement they probably do fine, but if you need specific, targeted help for a problem this company might not be it. They never sent the same guys out twice--it is clear they subcontract (which I am sure every big roofer does) but it was not conducive to solving our issue. I had to try and explain the problem multiple times to different guys--I am grateful my husband speaks Spanish. In they end they told us twice they would send out a crew and that crew never showed up. I ended up calling the roofers union for recommendations on union roofers with years of experience. Should have done this the first time.
I guess I just made a large donation of my time, frustration, and money to ARS. Like I said--they have good google reviews and if you have a straightforward replacement they would probably do a fine job. If you have a problem that needs problem solving and detailed attention move on and call the roofers union for recommendations.

We called ARS when we realized the original roofers we hired did a bad job. We had a leak made worse by continued rain over several days. Ethan at ARS came out quickly, he assessed the situation and provided a solution and had it fixed the next day. They came back once we had the interior wall opened to dry out the water from the leak to make sure they did not see any new water penetrating. Overall I would use them again.

Kaleb was amazing he came out to my house 9:30 pm with rain and got on the roof preventing water damage by covering the roof. Then kept in touch and followed thru with repairs. Highly recommend him!! Thanks Kaleb

Two days ago, I called a friend and ask if he knew any Gutter people. My friend has his own little construction company, but doesn’t do gutters. Without hesitation he mentioned ARS. City had done several jobs with them and around them they were quality people and that I would be happy with the results. Yesterday, I called Kevin the owner of the company told him I was looking To have done with my gutters. He quoted me a price when I ask him when. He said ‘tomorrow I’ll have a crew there in the morning.’ And this morning he did. I was just needing the front gutters done and didn’t take them all that long. The crew was quick worked hard and fast. They were very professional. The supervisor of the crew spoke with me and made sure I knew what was happening when where and why. Kaleb took my call after hours and quickly set up an inspection to fix my leaking roof when other companies were giving me weeks long timelines. The roof was fixed promptly.

During heavy rain, I noticed my old gutters pulling away from the house. I called ARS Construction and spoke with Kaleb. He came out the same day, in the rain, to provide a quote, which I greatly appreciated! Kaleb maintained consistent communication, and I have been highly impressed with his impeccable service. He is clearly dedicated and knowledgeable, offering honest and actionable feedback to my questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kaleb and ARS Construction to anyone. I have no doubt you will receive excellent service.

I have nothing but great things to say about ARS. Their price was extremely competitive - by such a large margin that I could not justify working with any of their competitors. As far as I can tell, there is no substantial difference between ARS’s itemized quote and their competitors. All of the tier 1 roofing companies seem use the same materials, process, and offer similar warranties. ARS however, was the only company that did not make any disparaging remarks against their competitors or tried to use sales pressure to close the deal.

After signing the contract, ARS moved extremely quickly to complete the job. Supplies were ordered immediately and the roof was installed within two weeks. Communication from their admin team was also timely and with a clearly defined project timeline. Each milestone was completed on schedule and the entire job was completed on time.

ARS’s crew worked nearly 15 hours nonstop and completed the installation in one day. Workmanship and attention to detail was top notch. Even though they must have been exhausted by the end, the crew still meticulously sealed every single exposed mail and combed my yard in the dark to pick up debris. The installation quality is top notch and I have full confidence that the roof will last decades.

I love the fact that when I called, they came. Due to a heavy rainfall, I have a bad leak in my kitchen ceiling that needed immediate attention. I called ARS and spoke to Kaleb Mitchell. Kaleb sent someone out to the rescue, within an hour, to put tarp on the roof to stop the leak until it could be inspected further. This was on a Friday after 6 pm.
On Saturday afternoon, Kaleb came over to personally inspect the roof and to explain the area of concern and what needed to be done to correct the problem. He’s a very personable and professional young man.

We had hail damage to our roof from Friday night’s storms. Our neighbor’s Son-in-Law Derek works for ARS. He said to call and file a claim. I called my agent Monday and they requested someone to come give an estimate. Kaleb contacted me Monday and said he would try to get to me Monday, if not Tuesday for sure. He said there were about 30 appointments ahead of me. I was surprised when he called to say he was on his way about 3pm! He replaced as many shingles as we could find and tarped a small section of the roof. I was blown away that he was able to get here so quickly! I’m looking forward to working with Derek and Kaleb to get our roof and siding taken care of!

OMG…ARS construction Rocks!!!! I was recently affected by the tornados in St. Louis North County… my roof was one of the roofs that was severely affected by the tornado…. There was leaking in 2 of the bedrooms in the front of the house were the roof damage was located. I called and spoke with Kaleb Mitchell on Saturday evening and I had an emergency tarp placed by Sunday afternoon. The tarp they used was high quality I met with him Sunday morning around 0830am at my home he said they would be back to put the tarp up later today… I was thought to myself they would be so busy that they would come back around 4pm or even the next day. I went to get my nails done around 11am and when I returned home around 2pm it was completed …. I wasn’t even at home when they did the work. I’m such a female I didn’t even know it was done because I didn’t bother to look. My male partner came home 30 minutes later and he noticed it replaced. I went outside and was highly impressed. As I mentioned before they used high quality tarp… some of my neighbors have low quality tarp placed on their roof yesterday probably by out of town roofers. Their tarp looks like trash bags and if the wind blows the tarp will blow it away. I highly recommend ARS construction for quality and professional work.

ARS was there when the adjuster came to my house after a hail storm and worked with me to get my insurance to cover everything possible. Ethan helped me come up with a unique siding/trim design and executed it so that my house looks even better than before the storm and different from others on my street. They had to come back to address a couple issues with caulking, but now my house looks great.
