A tree-sized branch partially landed on my roof during a storm. Caused some damage. Mr. Flores came by, identified the problems, including a couple of obvious pre-existing ones I didn't know about because I just never climb up on the roof . He took pictures, explained what needed to be done. Gave me a very reasonable estimate. This was on a Thursday during a very hot week. I said not to worry about it til it cools down a bit. Nonetheless, he and another young man came by early the following week and fixed it all beautifully. Needless to say, I now have Ark in my contacts list, for the next time that I need to avail
myself of some of the many services they offer. Thank you, Mr. Flores!

These guys have very fair prices and are very competent. They do excellent work. It was actually a pleasure to have them replace my facia and reinstall the gutters as well as repairi a rotten window sill.
