I recently needed to replace my roof due to hail damage. Finding a competent and honest contractor can be challenging. Based upon a recommendation, I decided to use ARK Construction. To me, one of the hallmarks of a good contractor is good communication. This is often a skill that is lacking. The owner, Todd LIndgren, always answered my texts, calls, and emails promptly and kept me informed about my project. This alone, makes him stand out in the contractor world. The project was completed in one day, not long after I signed the contract. This too is a rare circumstance in the roofing world. I was very happy with the work done and that Todd came to the worksite to check on the progress during and after the roof installation. When he noticed that a rain diverter had not been added (as discussed), he had someone come back and add the missing diverter the next day. I recommend ARK based on my experience and felt that they did a quality job, promptly, and at a good price. They worked with my insurance company to iron out any price discrepancies and I value their honesty, promptness, and attention to detail.
