Anthony and his crew did a great job. I needed the roof inspected to determine if we had hail damage. Anthony met with the insurance adjuster and got the roof and gutters all covered. Called ARCM for a small repair job for my Uncle & Aunt who are in their 80s. The ARCM crew showed up the next day! First, we had a roof with hail damage, and the window for repair via insurance was closing, so we had to move fast. We got a quote from one company, they knew we were in a pickle, and it showed in the inflated bid. Anthony and ARCM came in, gave a fair quote, and got it done. Needed to get a small repair completed after a wind storm before the weather turned snowy. Anthony was at my place within a few hours and had the repair completed the next day. Even though they're clearly busy, he did a great job getting things buttoned up and even cleaned up a few other issues while up there. No jerking me around with pricing or pressure to get additional work done, just solid work done quickly and professionally.

I called about 10 roofing companies Wed. 2/15/23 about 10:30 p.m. that claimed they were emergency repair and nobody could come out, but they could call back the next day!

I finally got in touch with Anthony from ARCM Roofing and he didn't hesitate to come out. He drove out while it was snowing. He was out in the cold snow shoveling the snow off the roof at midnight. He kept me informed of the situation and sent pictures to show the situation. He also called and explained the solution.

He came back out Friday morning (like he said he would) after the sun came out and dried the roof out so he could complete the fix.

It was a great experience working with Anthony to have some work done on our roof. We will be selling our home soon and wanted to determine if we had any roof damage ahead of time. Anthony did a free roof inspection and then openly shared that our roof looked great, none of the shingles were damaged and that the only thing needed was to repair some of the flashing at some point.

It was such a breath of fresh air to have someone that was honest and had such integrity. We had a different roofer last week say that our entire roof was damaged and we needed a new one! So for Anthony to tell us that ours was fine and it was only a minimal repair that was needed, was so refreshing.

He gave us a great price to repair the flashing and fixed it the same day that he did the inspection which was awesome.

My porch roof had started leaking a small drip last year and I attempted to patch it up, but this year after the latest snow it was leaking all over the place, so it was time to replace. I called Anthony at ARCM that night and he was able to come out the next morning to give me an estimate. While giving the estimate he checked out my roof and let me know the issues he had found, which I really appreciated because I don't want any of those leaks turning into big leaks either. I wanted to get this fixed before the next snow as I was having to shovel off the snow from the roof and it was still leaking like crazy, ruining wood furniture I had on the porch, and threatening to ruin the wood of the porch itself. He was able to get one of his guys to come out on Monday and get the roof repaired and now it looks great! I can tell it's going to last and gives me one less thing to worry about. Throughout the process, Anthony was very communicative about everything, which I've really come to appreciate after dealing with so many other flaky contractors. They went above and beyond the entire time to make sure I was satisfied and earn my business.

I contacted several companies about a small leak in my garage. Anthony responded promptly and came over the same day to take a look. He gave us advice and later fixed another issue on the house. Awesome company to work with. We had a leak with water coming into our night club and we had to get it fixed before the weekend. We had multiple companies come out and fix the wrong spots, but these guys identified the leak with testing and sealed it perfectly. Ready for our customer to dance again ;)

Anthony picked up on the first ring and was over for a quote within 2 days. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His crew showed up ahead of schedule and installed beautiful gutters on the entire house. They needed to replace one piece of wood and we were thrilled they painted it to match our trim. When discussing the work, Anthony used color swatches and recommended a color I would not have chosen. We went with his advice and they look amazing! I never realized how shabby our old gutters looked until I saw what beautiful work Anthony did on our house. I feel silly getting excited about gutters, but DANG they look GREAT! Thanks Anthony!!

Hired ARCM for complete reroofing. Skylights were reinstalled with gaps so big that it literally SNOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE. Sent videos and texts but got no responses.

Only heard back after I sent a text that after TWO YEARS of no response, I was going to leave this negative review.

The work was lazy and sloppy and I’m terrified of what other shortcuts may appear.

He talks a good game but quality control and communication are terrible.

Update: while the response from ARCM was wildly inaccurate, I do appreciate that they honored the warranty and repaired multiple leaks on the <3 year old roof.

It should be clearly stated that the skylights themselves are perfectly fine, which is why they weren’t replaced, but rather the massive gaps between the skylight frames and the framing that allow d snow in. On one skylight, the crew took the time to add furring, as originally installed, to close the gaps and that skylight does not leak around the framing. The crew clearly knew what to do but chose not to carry it out on on skylights.

I have used ARCM roofing several times they were clean professional and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family and anyone else needing repairs Anthony was amazing and he is a man of his word

We had a large ICE dam forming the in corner of our roof. ARCM was able to evaluate the issue with a drone and at first opportunity, installed heat cable which cleared up the issue. Anthony was very professional and continued to follow up with me over the next few snow storms until he was sure the issue was resolved. I highly recommend ARCM and will call them for my next roofing job.

ARCM Roofing was one time for the roof inspection. Andrew came out and gave me a free inspection and showed me damages on the roof. He was very professional and gave me a good quality shingle upgrade to a hail resistant shingle which saves me money on my thomeowners Insurance

What can I say about ARCM Roofing's owner, Anthony Hong, he was a delight to talk to, personable and knew his business and fixed the problem (leak around skylight) right away. He took pictures and showed them to us, even though my husband went on the roof with him. He knew I wanted to see the damage also. He was honest and upfront with us and we will definitely use him in the future for our roofing needs.

We had a leak coming from the bathroom ceiling skylight for the past few times it rained or snowed. I contacted 3 Roofing companies that had been recommended by my insurance and looked them up on BBB also.

ARCM Roofing was one of them I called to set up a time when they could take a look at my roof. The Owner, Anthony, was the one who answered the phone when I called late Friday afternoon. I told him of the roof leak, which appeared to be from the skylight area and also told him we were to get another rain storm on Monday. He said he would come out the next day on Saturday, but since my husband wanted to go up on the roof with him and we were going to be gone on Saturday, I told him this wouldn't work. He then offered to come on Sunday, because he said he might be able to fix the leak right away, before the next rain storm. None of the other roofing companies I called offered to come look at it on the weekend. He honestly seemed to care about getting it looked at as soon as possible so it would not cause any further damage.

He came out at the scheduled time, got up looked at my entire roof and around the skylight that the leak was coming from. He fixed the skylight from leaking and also showed some areas of previous small hail damage. He did not recommend that we fix the roof now, but indicated if we get a big hail storm in the future, to keep his company in mind.

2016 ARCM Roofing Inc. installed a new roof on my house after we had hail damage. 2021 we noticed a small dip in the roof. I called Anthony and he responded immediately. Came out that day, accessed the issue, and fixed it the very next day. I was still under my 5 year warranty so there was not cost to me. Anthony was very professional and made sure he took care of my roof immediately. He prides himself on his business and it shows. One of the poorest customer services in the state. Went to their booth at the home show in 2019. Was promised a contact for a room build after the show however no contact. I called and was told that the date they had earlier promised to show up was delayed because of snow. Then I was promised another date by Anthony but despite me waiting all day no one showed up. They ca my be trusted at all. There was no way to give them zero starts otherwise I would have done so. Shame on people who do not keep their word and waste other people’s precious time

ARCM was an excellent service provider that took care of our roofing, painting, windows and gutters after a lot of cumulative damage over the years. They came out after a big storm, gave us a fantastic inspection with drone photos so I didn't even have to go on the roof or take their word about damage, (I am the type of person who has to see it to believe it before I give you a penny out of my pocket). Whole process was extremely efficient and not stressful to me in anyway, they handled everything and I don't usually write reviews but a job well done deserves recognition. Anthony and his team were incredibly helpful with our recent roof repairs (due to hail damage). They handled everything with the insurance company so we didn't have to. They were also able to get a lot of the repairs upgraded beyond what the insurance initially quoted. They even made sure the insurance company cover our BBQ grill that was dented by the hail. Overall great experience, and we would definitely work with him again.
