They hassled me about securing every material they’d need before tiling my bathroom rather than being professional and including that in their pricing / estimate. That’s like a nail tech expecting you to secure and bring your own acrylic for your nail appointment. I had no problem paying for materials. I explained that I’m not able to purchase and transport some materials they’d need ( one board of drywall and 3 sheets of backer board - approximately $50) in my size vehicle and I asked Jorge Cifuentes if he could get the materials and bring them at the time of the service and just add the total for materials to the total bill. He agreed. On the same day, he began hassling me again about going to purchase the materials myself. I’ve never had a contractor create such a back and forth over materials that cost $50. If you’re paying for a service, I figured they’d at least come with the things they need to complete the job - minus the actual tile I wanted installed. Also, I repeatedly asked Jorge Cifuentes about his availability and when he could be available and each time could not get a straight answer.

They are our go-to contractors for our multi-family properties. The team is quick to respond and we have trust in the work that is performed.
They retaped a couple of leaking windows when everyone else wanted to up sell us on windows we didn't need. They did great work, got the job done quickly, and shared photos so we could see what they did. My wife and I plan to do more work with them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone else in the area. Thanks!
