We hired Apex to do a very large renovation of our home in Chelan. They were great to work with and spent a lot of time on revisions of the plans to get what we wanted. They were great in navigating any issues and permitting with our HOA, as well as the city. We are very happy with our final product!
I highly recommend APEX Building Services for home remodeling. They added a second story over my garage from A to Z. Cheryl Nelson began by listening to my needs and drawing up plans for a space that is practical, comfortable and beautiful. Wes Nelson took care of the permitting process. He is in charge of the building side of the business. Everyone I dealt with at Apex knew what they were doing. They worked very hard, with heavy loads, under difficult conditions. The framing, roofing, windows, floors, doors, etc all went in fast and it was all straight. The subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, septic, wallboard, cabinetry, paint and tile were excellent. The billing process was predictable. Everyone I dealt with was very considerate and great company. That made the whole remodel experience really enjoyable. Now I love my new old house!
