AP3 Construction

I personally would not recommend AP3 Construction to anyone. They were the company chosen by the sellers of the house we purchased and they replaced the roof on the property prior to us signing the closing documents. Shortly after we moved in, we noticed a small leak in one of the rooms so I reached out to AP3 as our realtor provided their contact information and I unfortunately do not remember the name of the man I spoke with, but right away it was not a good experience. The first 2 times we tried to get him to come see the roof he just did not show up (after we had scheduled the times). The third time he actually came, saw the roof, and committed to come back to make the small fix. He never came back, has ignored my calls and texts, and we are still trying to fix the roof as 4 more leaks have appeared. The ONLY thing he actually did was send 2 men from his team to empty our trash can as the roofers left beer cans and roofing materials in our trash. I never take the time to leave reviews but given that we are still trying to fix the poor quality of work as well as having been ignored by this person, I feel it is only right to try and warn others after our experience.

I should add that our realtor reached out to them and that’s when they decided to actually respond and offer to come back to look at the roof MONTHS later. Of course we declined given they had lost our trust due to their negligence and lack of communication.

I did not plan to review them on Google as I added this review back in February on their Facebook page but it appears they deleted my review. Very disappointing.

Angel has done work for many of my clients and at my personal house. He does amazing work. Highly recommend.
