Appointment for bid was quick, appointment for work scheduled timely. Showed up on time, did thorough work, took pictures of problem areas, cleaned up beautifully. Riley is pleasant and courteous. Our roof hasn't looked this good in years! Wholeheartedly recommend!

Riley is a dedicated worker and gets the job done in an efficient and timely manner. We would recommend him with no hesitation for cleaning and treating roofs and ours was somewhat of a challenge with steep pitches and cement tile. Also he uses a brush and not a power washer which is not recommended for cement tile.

AP Contracting was excellent with their communication from start to finish. They set expectations for the work accordingly and did an exceptional job at a very reasonable price. I've already recommended them to two others.

It wasn't quite what he specializes in, but he offered to see what he could do with it, along with cleaning the gutters and checking for leaks.
