I called on a Sunday and they sent Brian here the next day! Had my A/C up and running in no time. He’s an expert. Anderson Heating and A/C is my #1 choice.

They did a fantastic job with follow through and were very professional. Really appreciate Anderson’s commitment to standing behind their work.

We have asked Anderson HVAC to provide a bid to upgrade our heating system to an heating and air conditioning system. So far so good. They answer the phones quickly, they respond promptly, they're polite, they're friendly, and they were definitely the fastest company to respond come to our home and survey it.
We're looking forward to seeing the bid!

Brian came to do a tuneup of our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and professional and gave us tips to keep our furnace running for a long time. Will call again for next time tuneup.

Efficient, fast, friendly and fair. Service people don’t work on commission, so give you the straight truth when they assess the issues. Brian was great, pointed out some additional things and offered great suggestions for added efficiency. Locally owned and operated - not one of the ma y national chains in our area now (we have dealt with those guys before and it Serbs that they are always trying to sell way more than fixing the problem). Anderson gets my highest recommendation.

Wow! My air conditioner went out two weeks ago. We had a company come out immediately, they told us the part that needed to be replaced was no longer available (obsolete) and that they could send someone out to give us an estimate on a new system. They came out and gave us a quote for $25,000. My husband went on Amazon and found the part he thought we needed, he installed it but it still wasn’t working. I called Anderson Heating and Air, they sent someone out the next day. The technician said that there were two blower motors, the part that needed to be replaced, but he replaced the wrong one. The technician replaced what he called a rescue motor plus fixed a bad connection between the condenser and the main unit and got it working. Thank you for being an honest person!!!!!❤️ We will use Anderson for all of our heating and cooling maintenance and repairs.

Their customer service is excellent it's easy to set appointments and they keep you posted on when the service person will arrive. Do excellent work

Bryan with Anderson Heating and AC just did the annual maintenace on our AC units. He always does the work on our heating and cooling units. He knows his stuff. He is very thorough. He identified a worn component based on electrical parameters and replaced it on one of the units.

I couldn't be happier with the prompt, honest and professional service I received from Anderson Heating & A/C. I met Rafael H. first, thinking I needed a new system. He was quick to point out that my system could be repaired versus replaced, which was such great news after being told by another company a repair wasn't possible! He called his service manager and assured me they would be back out that afternoon to assess.

True to his word, I received a call from the office letting me know Dennis would be arriving between 2-4 pm. Dennis arrived around 2 pm & did the necessary tests to diagnose the issue. I needed a new condenser coil as it was leaking. He called the Lennox dealer with the serial number confirming the part was still under warranty. Imagine my delight at going from an initial quote from company "X" of a new outdoor system of $7,300 to labor & refrigerant costs of $1,600!

I have signed up for their annual Preventive Maintenance Agreement to keep my Heating & A/C system working well into the future. I highly recommend Anderson Heating & A/C.

Called this company because control for my swamp cooler quit working. Got an appointment for two days later.Tech showed up right on time. Traced the problem to a faulty control switch( thankfully not the blower motor). Switch replaced and unit back up and cooling. Very satisfied with work and person doing job.

I’ve been using Anderson for a few years now and you just can’t beat their service. Your texts are nice very informative. I called and they came out the same day. I am very impressed

I love this company but this time around was a little upset. We were told we had to pay for them to come out which was fine and our unit had a warranty but in the end had to pay a lot more than we thought. Before doing any extra service maybe inform people of the added cost before doing g the work

The office texted when the technician was enroute. Dave arrived on time and pleasant. He did thorough work cleaning and checking out both the furnace and A/C units. Since they hadn't been serviced for a while, I was happy to hear everything was working as it should.

I don’t remember the fellow‘s name, but he took time to explain the differences in furnaces to me. He did a very good job.
He was very knowledgeable and kind. He’s a really good employee.

Great service. Appointment was scheduled 12-2pm. Technician showed up at 11:45 with a call 1/2 hour prior to arrival. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the system. My heating system is fixed and the air conditioning system was cleaned for the summer. Thank you

I have been very pleased with Anderson Heating & A/C and have been using them for the past few years. The people that have come to service our equipment are very personable, knowledgeable and they have always been on time!

Josch did a good job of diagnosing the problem and quickly replaced the defective pressure switch. We are happy to have the unit running correctly once again!

Check up on why AC system was shutting down. I had it set too cold so it was freezing up.

Our furnace stopped working yesterday. Called Anderson Heating & Air this morning, and they had a technician here before noon. Dave found the problem and got it running for now, but a new furnace is being selected to meet our future needs.

Dave, the tech. who came to service our A/C was very professional, and did a very thorough job.. He answered all my questions carefully and gave me good advice. I am very happy with Anderson Heating. From answering telephone promptly to keeping me advised of the tech. expected arrival time and the cost was very reasonable.
I will continue to count on them for future servicing and repair.

10 STARS OUT OF 10 for JOSH this morning of 2/24/2025 for conducting my 11th annual furnace service by Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning in a prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional manner!

AC out today over 90° outside and this company came over a day early and worked us onto their schedule. Funished and running in 30 minutes and gave me some good tips about filters too.
