We needed numerous updates and repairs, including replacement of carpeted floors with luxury vinyl, all interior rooms painted, replacement of bathroom vanities and a shower stall, fence replacement, plumbing repairs, replacement of sliding door and more, completed on a rental house. Our search for a contractor started with the floor replacement. We were lucky to find Pinuelas Construction through Angi's list. Ricky Pinuelas contacted us right away to provide an estimate. When verifying his business license, I noticed it included general contractor. We then had him complete all of the repairs needed on the house, not just the floor. This saved us so much time being able to work with one company. We continued to add items as we moved forward and Ricky was always able to accommodate our needs. He and his crew are all professional and great to work with. The fees were fair, work quality was excellent and always responsive.

Ricky and his team did a huge remodel transforming an outdated house into a treasure. Manny was our foreman and he is an amazing craftsman. They did everything from floor to ceiling and were extremely reliable and fast. I do recommend Ricky Pineulas. He will always be our contractor. Pictures don’t do justice!

I will use Ricky and his team again and again. He was very fairly priced and his team was very clean, organized, timely, and professional. He worked on stoning our fireplace and did quite a bit of electrical work throughout the house with a weeks notice and got it all done within a week. All of his crew was great! Highly recommend.
